Ribbony came and stood on the stage.
“Come forth Mozart the Meerkitten.”

Mozart stood, astonished, and walked forward onto the stage.
Have you even been called up suddenly for an award you didn’t know you’d get? Or unexpectedly won a game and received a ribbon? Well that is how Mozart felt then. She stood before Ribbony, unsure what was going to happen.

“Kneel Mozart Meerkitten.” said Ribbony.
Mozart knelt.
Ribbony drew her sword from its scabbard and rested it lightly on one of her tiny shoulders, then the other.

“I knight, you, Mozart the Meerkitten, Cogg's bane!”

Mozart looked up. Ribbony offered her sword back to her, hilt first.
Cheers came from behind Mozart, she turned. The congregation was on its feet. She stared dumbfoundedly.
Then shaking herself Mozart smiled and lifted her sword above her head.

“Be glad, friends, evil is gone and dead! The White Cat reigns over us all again, we are free, and I have a feeling we will stay free!” more cheering.

So close to the end of this story..... I'm gonna have to start hitting people up so they know....

I'm not so sure that's a good thing.;)

you mean that the fact that the End is coming soon? Don't worry, I writing the sequel The Fire Kitten already and I'm also writing Catlition the prequel... and I have a fourth book in mind too... the fourth book is a MAYBE though. But it will definatly have a sequel and prequel that equals two more books.:D

Oh, goody! More!:D

Later Mozart and her three siblings slipped out of the festivities.
They went into Wolf Woods and stood in a circle.

“The wood should have a new name.” said Toto.
“Yes, it should.” Agreed Mozart.
“What’ll we name it?” asked Caspian.
“Warriors wood?” suggested Dorthy.
“No, it should be a more peaceful name.”
“Freedom Forest.”
They all looked at Mozart.

Caspian smiled.
“I like that name Mozart, I really do.”
“Then it shalt be named Freedom Forest henceforth!” cried Toto.

Mozart looked at her siblings.
“Let it stay free for evermore then.”

The End

No! It can't be over! Cry, weep, sob, blame Faramir, repeat... (Oh sorry. That's from a Lord of the Rings quiz I found online once and it kind of stuck in my head. I don't really blame Faramir.:p) Well, I guess I'll have to just go start the next one! Anyway, great job! I love it!

Glad you liked it! I'm going to try to get it in book format and someday I might even get it published. So watch for The Tale of Mozart the Meerkitten in case I ever do!:D;)

I would most definatly buy it!

Then just to let you know; IF I ever get my book(s) published then Caspian's name would be changed to Aspian (A-s-pea-an) and Frodo's name would be changed to Rodo. Because of course they're named from my real cats who are named after characters from LOTR and Narnia, so I can't use them in my book. Just a heads up for iffin I ever publish them.;)

Author's note:

This book was written in memory of my kittens; Toto, Dorthy and Mozart the Meerkitten and their still living brother, Caspian. It is also in memory of all the other cats I've lost over the years, for one reason or another. There is not one cat in this whole book that is not based off of a real cat I have or have had.
I started this book so that no one would ever forget my kittens and cats: Mozart the Meerkitten, Toto, Dorthy, Ribbony, Explorer, Creamy, Midnight and on goes the list. They were my babies and I wanted to write about their journeys. Mozart really did go to death's door, but never came back. Ribbony, I believe did start a Catlition with his brothers, out in Cherry Wood.
I took some liberty and used a few things from other books I've read, but I twisted them and made them my own. I think it's unlikely you'll ever find a book just like mine either.
I hope you've enjoyed my book, The Tale of Mozart the Meerkitten which in a way really did happen.

I know I'm kinda talking to myself here now but I just have to post this!

That's awesome! My book's not that long...

72 pages in a normal Word document. But my friend and I discovered that if you put in on a horizontal page divided into two columns instead of a vertical page with one column it takes up the same amount of space but looks about twice as long.:p
