Oh wow this will be hard! I love both of the movies so much. :)

But from LWW I really love the bit when Lucy discovers the wardrobe during Hide and Seek. :D It's such a beautiful moment.. and it's a sad moment when they're all evacuating london.

Peter: For Narnia! And for Aslan!

I really like that part, then they start the battle. :)
 
One of my favorite scenes is this one.

Lucy, "Pleased to meet you Mr. Tumnus! I'm Lucy Pevensie!" She holds her hand out.
Tumnus looks at her hand, confused.
Lucy, "Oh, you shake it."
Tumnus, "But...Why?"
Lucy, "I...I don't know! People do it when they meet!"
 
Susan: Gastroevascular. Come on, Peter, gastroevascular
Peter: Is it latin?
Edmund: Ha! Is it latin for 'worst game ever invented?
Lucy: can we play hide and seek? come on Peter, please?
Peter: But we're already having SO much FUN....
 
sorry, I know this line isn't from the LWW but I like it in Prince Caspian when Lucy says, "Oh! I wish I were braver!" I know how that feels like; when God asks you to do something and you feel so insignificant! :p

The whole movie, of course! A couple that I love (that aren't in the poll) are:

Ginabrik (It just sums Edmund's motives up so well): Special treatment for the special boy. Isn't that what you wanted?

Edmund: Lucy... I think I believe you now!

Lucy: Narnia's not going to run out of toast, Ed.

Lucy: Well, I guess I could come, for a little while. If you have sardines.

The White Witch (For delivery, not content): So much for love.
