Who'd win in a fight, Edmund or Eustace?

hard 2 say...they are both strong but i remember in VoTD it said Eusatce could not win a fight against Edmund, let alone Lucy :D but, if they were on earth i would say Ed but if they were in Narnia..hmmm i could not choose

Is there even a doubt? Of course it'd be Edmund- though I'm thinking of the Ed from the books or the old movies boy was he yummy not like this new dude he seems a bit idon'know- just not like I pictured him(had to check myself before I said anything bad infronta all these Skanderites) :D

King Ed versus and Eustace, Ed. But England Ed versus England Eustace, probably Eustace, he seems like the kind of person who would be very self-concious. And would probably go to health clubs and stuff. And get muscly.

If we're talking King Edmund vs. pre-Narnia Eustace, it's no doubt. I mean, pre-Narnia Peter would get whomped by post-Narnia Edmund. So the only way pre-Narnia Eustace could prevail against King Edmund the Just would be if he whipped out a Thompson .45-caliber submachine gun (yes, they were around in the '40's) and blasted him with it at close range. Yes, he'd probably miss most of the shots, but those things hold 50 bullets and by sheer luck, he'd probably hit with at least one. Without something like that, Eustace would be chunk salsa in 10 seconds. However, post-Narnia Eustace would be a more significant adversary. I think that Ed would win, but it would be a far more difficult fight for him. And pre-Narnia Ed vs. pre-Narnia Eustace would consist of girly fighthing with no one doing any real damage until Eustace happened to stub his toe or bump his head or something, and he would scurry off and tattle.

I dont think Ed would automatically win..It depends like i said above if they were in Narnia, if back on earth...then maybe Edmund. but Eusatce was stronger in narnia then he was in earth

definitely edmund.

if it was an annoying contest eustace would win, but other than that he comes off as coward and wimpy, edmund also has his wand breaking skills

I guess my question is, "Why would they want to fight in the first place?"

I have seen this same kind of question in other areas as well - "Who would be beat the other in a fight - Jesus or the Buddha?" - Why would they fight in the first place, even if they lived in the same period of time, which they did not? They would probably spend time in philosophical discussion, laughter and joy.

well if edmund was fighting eustace, perhaps it was before the brat learned to be nicer. heck, i'd throw eustace a punch in the face if i was stuck in the dawn treader.

Why don't you post this Buddha vs Jesus in the Socratic section of our forum, and say Which philopsiphy would WIN?" LOLOL because we know that Buddha and Jesus wou;d NOT be beating each other up!

IceMaiden - asking whether Buddhism or Christianity would win would be like asking which would be better - ice cream or gasoline? They are not relevant from the point of comparison in the "debate" area, unless you wish to discuss which has "better ethics" - but as they teach the same basic ethics, the answer is going to end up, imho, a resounding "yes".

And again, which philosophy would win what? A fight? How funny! Thank you for making my evening with a bit more joy.
