Wow! "Narnia" is an Italian town!

fgiusepp, That is so neat. I was just going to start a thread of inquary as to if any one knew where Lewis got the name "Narnia" from. Thanks for the info. Also, I am (have been for a long time) interested in Roman History and wish to visit Italy some day.

Best Wishes!

That is awsome. Even more so for me becuase when I have to write stories for class I go online and look for towns in other countrys. My teachers are always like 'That a buetiful name.' or "I cant believe you made up such a pretty name." I never correct them. Its too funny. I never thought that Lewis would have got his name from a town. So cool!

Hey man, its great to see you around here still. Thats really cool to see the kids in teh classroom having a great environment such as that.

I live in the Napa Valley, California, USA, and there are a lot of Italian families here. There are some that still speak Italian even though they weren't raised in Italy. Maybe, the St. Helena School District would be interested in having contact with an Italian town. I'm not sure, but it is worth a try.
