Because if you get a degree in Lawn Wrecking, chances are your job will allow you to actually provide for your family and have a good life.

What did 7-year-old Arnold Schwarzenegger look like?

Even the Internet doesn't know the answer to that one, but it's probably that he looked much nicer than in the pictures the Internet does have....

How can you fail at life in the fastest and most efficient way possible?

To quote J. K. Rowling: "It is impossible to live without failing at something, unless you live so cautiously that you might as well not have lived at all, in which case you have failed by default."

Or you can try flying by jumping off a cliff and flailing your arms.

What do you call the thing that separates your shopping from other people's shopping on the belt?

Nothing. If you don't speak to it, it won't talk back. And as it disturbs the clerk when the checkout equipment starts to converse with customers....

Why do termites like wood?

He is thinking this: To be, or not to be--that is the question:
Whether 'tis nobler in the mind to suffer
The slings and arrows of outrageous fortune
Or to take arms against a sea of troubles
And by opposing end them. To die, to sleep--
No more--and by a sleep to say we end
The heartache, and the thousand natural shocks
That flesh is heir to. 'Tis a consummation
Devoutly to be wished. To die, to sleep--
To sleep--perchance to dream: ay, there's the rub,
For in that sleep of death what dreams may come
When we have shuffled off this mortal coil,
Must give us pause. There's the respect
That makes calamity of so long life.
For who would bear the whips and scorns of time,
Th' oppressor's wrong, the proud man's contumely
The pangs of despised love, the law's delay,
The insolence of office, and the spurns
That patient merit of th' unworthy takes,
When he himself might his quietus make
With a bare bodkin? Who would fardels bear,
To grunt and sweat under a weary life,
But that the dread of something after death,
The undiscovered country, from whose bourn
No traveller returns, puzzles the will,
And makes us rather bear those ills we have
Than fly to others that we know not of?
Thus conscience does make cowards of us all,
And thus the native hue of resolution
Is sicklied o'er with the pale cast of thought,
And enterprise of great pitch and moment
With this regard their currents turn awry
And lose the name of action.

Why don't people learn from their mistakes?

That if it is sent to a zoo in Germany, the change of climate might give it Freckles.

What is the relationship between substance and accidents?

There was a king reigned in the East:
There, when kings will sit to feast,
They get their fill before they think
With poisoned meat and poisoned drink.
He gathered all that sprang to birth
From the many-venomed earth;
First a little, thence to more,
He sampled all her killing store;
And easy, smiling, seasoned sound,
Sate the king when healths went round.
They put arsenic in his meat
And stared aghast to watch him eat;
They poured strychnine in his cup
And shook to see him drink it up:
They shook, they stared as white's their shirt:
Them it was their poison hurt.
-- I tell the tale that I heard told.
Mithridates, he died old.

The yellow smiley has a disturbing mind, I wish you would quit asking me to read it. Let this be a lesson--you can never tell which smilies are most twisted just by looking at their faces.

Why are some smilies so superficial?

Why do we call smilies smilies even when they don't smile?

Also because we're too intelligent to call them emojis.

Because they have the potential to smile, and that's what counts.

When will Waldo smile?

When the world stops deserving his eye rolling. Though really, he is kind of smiling.

When I *eat everything* as I do every now and then does that include all future things or do I have to keep doing it periodically to catch up on the things that have come into existence since the last time I did it?

If you didn't need to re-eat things periodically, why would you have a kitchen? Also, since you do, in fact, repeatedly eat things, that indicates that you derive some benefit from eating them more than once. If the universe stayed neatly in your stomach, you could simply stop eating and remain satiated for the rest of your life. Somehow I don't see that happening.

Why are some smilies more evil than others?

Let's ask Charn.

*Deafening silence*

And there's our answer.

Should the answers of decapitated heads be considered trustworthy?

NO! NEVER! But That Hideous Strength is one of my favorite books and thank you for reminding me of it.

If a Lossytree falls in the forest, will anyone point and laugh?
