X-men Movie Discussion

I actually think the white dress Mystique had in the comics looked weird. I like her better in the films. She's so underused in X3 though.

and dayhawk, they said the cure was inreverssable but they turned out to be wrong cause at the end of X3 Magneto got his powers back. Apparently youve only seen it once cause your memory of the film isnt very good.

Isnt Shawn Ashmore's brother on the show Smallville???
 
I liked Mystique in the comics more.:D
And Nightcrawler was just not Nightcrawler in the movies. He's a total coward and way too serious in the movies.

He wasn't like he was in the comics yes. But I think he was done pretty well compared to everyone else. His personality could have been better in the movie. But his accent and looks were amazing. Though the "angelic symbols" were a bit much.

I know he (sorta) got it back, with the chess piece. That doesn't mean it was up to "AWESOME MAGNETO" standards.

And my memory is fine thankyou very much:p
 
X-Men Origins: Wolverine looks promising. Finally Wolverine will be unleashed to show his true animal side. As for other three films, I like them all but I think X2 was the best.

Sabertooth: Do you know even how to kill me?

Wolverine: I though I would start with cutting your head off.. see if that works.

Sabertooth: haha.
 
I never really liked Jean. When I first read the comics she was my favorite because she was the only girl. But now I don't like her so much. I don't really like the original team now that I think about it. I like the newer team.
 
I don't like how they potrayed Rouge in the movies. She seemed for lack of better word whimpy. In comics she has a southern tone and she uses her power to steal powers constantly.
 
They did Rogue all wrong. At least that's what I think. For one thing since when did she date Bobby? And she has no southern flair at all. And her hair is awesome but the way she got it? Completely wrong. And she and Logan are never friends as close as that. I could go on but I don't want to go on and on.
 
Yeah they just did a terrible job with Rouge. Pyro on the other hand I think they improved. I never liked him in comics or series, but in movies he's one of my favorite characters. Of course I love Huge Jackman as Logan, however I'm hoping he will be more agressive in X-Men Origins: Wolverine. In the Last Stand he seemed to tame to me.
 
Ya, I liked Pyro better in the movie though it wasn't anything like the comics. Hugh was good as Wolverine but he was too tall and too tame. I really hop they make him berserk in Origins.
 
I think for first time I will actually like Sabertooth. I've never liked him in comics or cartoons. But in this movie he looks like he'll make a good villan. Deadpool is not how I imagine him and I kinda wondering were Lady Death Strike is.
