Katie whipped her tears " I don't remember a whole lot but I know who you are," she told her, with a frown " I'm a live I just been somewhere I wasn't allowed to do anything or see anyone," she told her.
 
She looked up " His name is Magneto and I think he did something," she told her, now looking were Josh was " I have to go now tell the others that I'm fine," she told her,running back were Josh was unfreezing time " Josh one of them is here," she whipped to him only he can hear.
 
Lizzy was left ther stunned, Magnito did something to Katie, to cause her to loose her memory.

A well of haterid boiled up inside her, but she kept in under control and peared out of the small window in the ladies door leeading to the main resturant.
 
When Josh unfroze he turned to Katie. He heard her say"Josh, one of them is here." He looked at Lizzy. He grew nervous. He couldnt have her tell the X-men that Katie was alive. But before he could do anything to Lizzy, a man in a black suit came towards them. He sat down. "Hello Josh, Katie. I have the weapon Magneto wants."
 
Lizzy saw them approached by the man and was instantly curious. She moved from the ladies to a table instead this time, she judges that Josh wouldmt do anything in a crowded resturant and she hoped Katie would stop him if he did try to.
 
"What is the weapon?" Josh asked.

The man smiled. "The weapon is a gas bomb. If it explodes it would unleash a gas that would kill any human."

"What about mutants?" Josh asked.

"To mutants, it is harmless. And that is why Magneto wants it. He wants a weapon that kill humans."

"How much is it?"

"One billion dollars." the man said.

"Thats ridiculous, the only way we could come up with that money is if we...

"Stole it?" the man laughed. "Listen, you either pay me the money, or you don't get the weapon.

Josh thought to himself Or I could take it from you by force! He noticed Lizzy was watching them. He knew she had the power to read minds. Stay out of my head or I will rip you apart! he said alound in his mind so she could hear.
 
She took Josh's hand " I think we can Magneto did give us some money," she told him, opening a black suit case with money in it " Does that look right?," she asked, giving Josh a nod.

Josh handed the man the money.

The man gave an angry look to Josh. "Thats not enough."

"Its all we will give." Josh told the man in a stern tone.

"Then I'm out of here, with the weapon."

"Oh no your not!" Josh yelled. He jumped on the man and grabbed him by the throat. "Give us the weapon!"

The man then pushed Josh off of him. The man had reptile like powers, for he was a mutant. And so his skin turned green and scaley. His eyes glowed red. Sharp claws came out of his hands. A tail came out of his back. Then his hair turned into snakes. "Ssstay away, foolisssh boy! Or you will sssurley die!"

"Not until you give us the weapon!" Josh yelled.
Then the reptile mutant lunged toward Josh. He knocked him across the room. He then used his claws to scar the side of Josh's face.
 
Katie didn't like the man that much her claws came out " Oh, you want a fight then be it," she told him, putting her claws at his throat " You leave him a lone or I'll freeze you or cut you all the same," she told him, with a growl.
 
Lizzy kept a close watch ready to use her powere of control to stop anyone getting hurt, including her though there wasnt much harm of that seeing as nearly everyone had run out screaming.

She had to try and keep her cover so she just stayed cool.
 
Josh then turned to katie. "Freeze him. Reptiles are cold blooded. He won't be able to fight us!"
 
Lizzy heard Josh and decided she better move, she didnt fancy being in Katies firing line. She rushed over to another table just behind theirs between them and the door unintentioanally(sp)
 
While Katie was freezing the reptile mutant, Josh walked over to Lizzy. "What are you doing here!" he asked in a cold voice. "This is none of your buisness."
 
"It's nice to see you too," she hissed, "and this wasnt supossed to happen I was actually on pa... getting some food, i was down hear and was hungry."

"What have you been all these years," she asked watchin Katie softly.

She knew that she could just see it in his head if she wanted to bed she thought it polite to ask.
 
Josh then thought of something. He could pretend like he had amnesia, like Katie, so she wouldnt get angry with him. "Who are you." Josh asked. "Why are you spying on Katie and me!"
 
"I told you to stay out of my head!" Josh then took hold of Lizzy's mind and began to transform and rearange it. He mixed up all of the events in her life, making her totally confused.
