Oh yes, I know exactly what you mean. If I were to win the trip to the Premiere I would certainly have a ton of catching up to do. I do an online charter school from home though, so that definitely helps. Hmm... I wonder how many people who entered the contest will actually be able to make it to the Premiere. I got my Passport in the mail this week, so even if I don't win I hope to travel abroad before the 10 years are up. :) It would be so sad to win the Grand Prize without having a passport to go.

Yes, me too! :D It was really fun going down to the post office and getting one for the first time. :)
If I win, I will probably bring my Mom, since she got a passport with me that day as well and is the only other person in our family to have one. She's also really wanted to visit England her whole life. :D
I wish all of TDL could go!!!! If only there was a way. It would be so much fun to meet everyone and enjoy the premiere together.
 
Now I know there was a reason why the Focus contest page malfunctioned and wouldn't LET me submit my contest entry. It was because God knew I didn't NEED to win that contest, since I was going to get the chance to be at the Denver preview.

It's about 8:47 here in Oregon, so I haven't received a call yet. I am definitely going to keep the phone close by all day though.
Before I had heard about the contest, I learned of the Premiere in London and prayed to God that if there was someway I could go that He would show me. I felt a bit selfish praying that prayer, but since we are supposed to pray about everything and this was definitely on my mind, I did. Then, thirty minutes later I learned about the contest. I couldn't even imagine how thrilling it would be to go to London for the Premiere! :D
And Copperfox, yes! How exciting! I'm so glad you got the chance at the Denver preview!
 
After waiting around the phone all day, I haven't received a call, but after looking at the contest website it sounds like they will be notifying the Grand Prize winner on Tuesday or Wednesday. It seems they still haven't judged the winners for Week 6 yet. So it looks like I'm going to be anxiously awaiting for a couple more days!

Yes, I definitely agree, my friend. :) Thank you so much for the sweet support! I've been praying for God's will to be done in this nearly every morning and night. That is definitely all I can do and the very best thing, indeed. :D

Well, let's hope they give you an early thanksgiving present! If not, I guess they already have done so with the prize you already have, but we're still hoping for the best for you! :)
 
Well, it looks like I wasn't selected as the Grand Prize winner. It's pretty disappointing, but thank you so much for the support everyone. :(
I'm still really going to enjoy using the small prize they gave me though.
