Behind the Song
Jeff Peabody and Scott Krippayne wrote the song together. Jeff writes: The song was really a labor of love for many hours spent in Narnia. It’s one big metaphor for turning your life around and heading in a new direction. Scott and I have cowritten many other songs together, and this turned out to be one of my favorites. I think Scott did a masterful job of evoking a nautical feel.
