Gold Coast Film Studios will be busy this year, with The Voyage of the Dawn Treader only one of many projects filming there this year. It’s very exciting to see filming ramping up so quickly, with the rumored start in only two days. We will have to see what happens, however, as this article may move the start date closer to the end of the month. We do know that Skandar Keynes is on the set, but he’s the only confirmed actor there, so far.
The studio’s eight sound stages, three water tanks, 10 offices and two wardrobe buildings will be used from the end of this month,
Pre-production has already started at the Oxenford studios for this year’s The Chronicles of Narnia movie Invisible Army.
Location manager Gareth Price said filming would start on The Spit at the end of this month before moving to the sound stages and water tanks at the studios.
The actors are believed to have already arrived on the Gold Coast but Mr Price said confidentiality agreements prevented him from revealing more about the filming locations or actors.

On February 7, we posted that Voyage of the Dawn Treader filming was going to be pushed into the fall. We received word that filming was still on schedule to start in the summer. However, now we’re hearing straight from Prince Caspian himself that film has indeed been pushed to November for a start date. We’ve also confirmed with Disney that the November start is correct. […]

Wow!! this is amasing!! but I’m a bit confused, when are they going to start filming, because here it says, at the end of this month and in the prvious page it says in September.
However, I’m so excited about the film comming out next year!!
Cleveland Point starts in September, but they are shooting elsewhere until moving there.
