Ilkley Christmas Lights Switch-On with Georgie Henley, Ben Barnes and Will Poulter

With The Chronicles of Narnia: The Voyage of the Dawn Treader coming out next month, there are a lot of massive promotional pushes happening all around the world. While there are Ice Palaces in malls around the United States, in London, England, they’re hosting a massive Christmas light display. Georgie Henley (Lucy Pevensie), Ben Barnes (Caspian) and Will Poulter (Eustace Clarence Scrubb) will be on hand, as well as Joe McElderry who has recorded the title track for the soundtrack over in England.

The Ilkley Gazette reports: Acting starlet Georgie Henley will help light up the skies for the festive season when she turns on London’s Regent Street Christmas lights next week.

The 15-year-old from Ilkley, pictured playing Lucy Pevensie in the Chronicles of Narnia series, will be joined by co-stars Ben Barnes and Will Poulter for the switch-on next Tuesday.

The trio will also be joined by last year’s X Factor winner Joe McElderry.

The world-famous light display will be Narnia-themed in time for the release of the latest film, the Voyage of the Dawn Treader, which is due in cinemas next month.
