Skandar Keynes website updates on Dawn Treader Wrap

Skandar Keynes, who plays Edmund Pevensie in the Narnia series, has an official website that is occasionally updated, and has been updated with exciting personal news. Congrats, Skandar, that’s very cool!

Principal Photography has ended on the Gold Coast of Australia. Skandar has come away with a PADI certificate in scuba diving which he is hoping to put to good use in the future. The story of the film is of a sea journey on the Dawn Treader. The boat is even more magical than in the pictures posted by fans on the internet so wait till you see the film!

    • That’s interesting! I bet the “band of lost warriors” is merely the seven lords… just an odd way of writing it. Dwarves, though… that’d be cool with me.. more Narnian.

  1. He probably has bare feet in the picture because Ed probably wasn’t wearing any….remember, they DID kick off their shoes in the sea before bein rescued by the Dawn Treader. 🙂

  2. Two possibilities coming to mind on the dwarves… (a) the dufflepuds were once dwarves, (b) there were remains of what looked like a dwarven settlement, presumably destroyed by the dragon, on “Burnt Island” where they7 find the coracle: they may write in survivors.

  3. Paul,

Could it be that “Dwarves” means the Dufflepods?

I found out Skandar is actualy quoting the synopsis form IMDb.com, which was created by fans. When I did a Google Search, I noted one site that had this quote as early as May of 2008. This part of the synopsis must have been created before Walden put out their own. So, I think that the “band of lost warriors” is indeed the seven lords, and the “Dwarves” (note the Tolkien spelling.) are actually Dufflepods.

  4. OHHHHHHHHHHHH Im soooo excited! I can’t wait. I wish there was any way it could come out earlier!
