The Voyage of the Dawn Treader – Teaser Poster

We proudly present to you the first look at the teaser poster for The Chronicles of Narnia: The Voyage of the Dawn Treader. It’s a clear look at the poster that was previously only available in a photograph with a huge reflection of a parking lot (or car park) in it.

The poster reads: Return to Magic, Return to Hope, Return to Narnia! The Chronicles of Narnia: The Voyage of the Dawn Treader will be in Theaters in Digital 3-D on December 10th!

  4. It’s breath taking and I agree with Daniel Miller it is the Perfect little detail there:)

**Return to Magic, Return to Hope, Return to Narnia!**

  5. Absolutely gorgeous!! I can’t wait! Still play the first ones, and never tire of them!

  6. WOW… This is great… I’ve been waiting for this movie to show up a little more… now the trailer and then… THE MOVIE… I can’t wait to watch it… 😀

  7. Nice to know there won’t actually be a parking lot in the movie. 😉

    • LOL! That actually made me laugh aloud =D. But I agree.
      This looks SO COOOOOL! 😀

  8. I love it. It is beautiful, I almost screamed when I saw it was out. lol 😀

  9. this is amazing!!! the poster is great and it means that the real
poster and trailer is on the way.
one word for the poster: beautiful

  10. Oh, that’s gorgeous… I’m getting chills!
I hope there’ll be another one that focuses more on the ship, though, but the reflection in the eye is a really nice idea…

  11. Beautiful! So glad to see Aslan and I hope he has a bigger part in this movie than in PC.

  12. Nice and simple and just enough there on the first poster to hopefully rouse the curiosity of those unfamiliar with VDT. I am sure future posters will have more detail and the main characters featured. Good start though. 🙂

    Sail on VDT!

  13. Simple, and beautiful, however the tagline is really boring. I mean, “Return to Magic, return to hope.” How more clique can you get? But the picture of Aslan is great along with the ship.

  14. I hope is not on 3D only. It’s not supposed to right? that will kill it for me. I don’t know anyone in my family who is hot for 3D and very few people I know actually talk about it. I think 3D is today’s smellevision.

    • I agree. I went to go and see a film in 3D and ended up taking the glasses off after just the trailers. I couldn’t watch it! 2D was much better, even with the blurriness. I just hope that films will continued to be released in BOTH 2D and 3D, otherwise I’ll be stuck!

  15. Oh, big big gasp.

That is absolutely gorgeous. I love the ship detail.

Some agreement on criticism over the tagline. It is a bit cliche, but at the same time it works. If you think about it the themes in PC weren’t really about hope — more keeping on keeping on until the reason for hope gets there.

I’ll probably see it both ways, to see what I like. Generally I like 2D better, but that’s because a lot of 3D movies aren’t prepared sufficiently for 3D. So I’ll give both a shot.

  16. this has got to be the coolest movie poster ever… as in awesomeness personified!!!

if anyone is interested. Its not good quality but its worth a look.

  22. Not beautiful, but majestic and pure elegance. Love the ship in Aslan’s eye, it is a perfect touch. Simple to the point. Funny though that we have Reepicheap there too because if you look at it from an outsider’s perspective all you have is a lion and a mouse the two most opposite of animals to be featured is such ways.

  23. love love love the pster! it’ss beautiful! perfect detail he ship in Aslans eye =)But my favourite is Reepicheap =) LOL !
