  • Hi copperfox nice know you I have posted a few posts but don't know if any one has seen them, how do I cheak if any one has replied.
I adapted your contest idea of an employment interview with Aslan to a Narnian Classifieds one... By making it simpler I hope we can get more participation this time.
Thanks Copper- yes it's been a while. Much on my mind as I am making preparations for my wedding :D
mostly clean. Thomas, one of the footmen, is gay, and most of the characters are accepting of it, especially in episode 6 of season 3, when they all say that 'he can't help the way he was born', etc. etc. Lord Grantham has a passing affair with a household servant who quickly leaves after said 'affair' (his lust for her is implied with him trying to convince her to sleep with him); Grantham quickly realizes his wrongdoing and is sorry for ever having gone down that road with a woman other than his wife. Also, in season 1, one of the daughters has a one night stand with a visiting guest and the guest ends up dying in her bed; all throughout the season she is remorseful (though I haven't quite figured out if it was just because it ruined her reputation or if she was truly sorry for the immoral act of it).

But yes, if I had to sum it up, I would say it's clean. It's certainly cleaner than 99% of the stuff on tv right now.
Funny... I wasn't aware "Rio Tejo" had a translated name which is Tegus River it seems. We're always learning new stuff everyday. Oh that statue is named "Cristo Rei" which means Christ the King. That statue is situated in Almada which is the city situated in the south bank of Tegus River. In the north bank as you know is Lisboa or as english speakers call it, Lisbon. Yeah Lisbon has a lot of historic buildings indeed, not to mention it is a multi-cultural gathering place, perhaps that's the reason why it became Portugal's capital, it's the best city to represent our country.

Sure copperfox, I love to read other's fiction. Just tell me where I can find it please. Take care.
Whoa! Guess I'am almost 2 years late to answer you. Sorry about that. I'am very ashame! I wonder if you're still around... Well I will definetely find out once you answer (or not)... Since Narnia movies stopped being produced I kinda lost interest in the website gotta admit, so I put it behind my backs because it reminds me of a great series that will not be adapted to movies further which makes me sad. So what did you find of Lisbon at the time? Did you like it? Did you enjoy your stay? How old are you anyway? Take care.
Thanks. Not sure just how active I'll be yet. Trying to get a job, and when I do get one I have a feeling I'll be just as busy as I was during school. ;)
I know....but the guilt-written is a way of saying it is easy to read the face of a person burdened with the guilt they feel.

And others might think it a certain way, that the guilt is not there if it is RIDDEN (ie "to have nothing to be guilty about" or "to have gotten rid of the guilt") so I decided upon a lesser known way of describing it.
TY. I decided to break my rule of only posting when I have something to say, and just look for things to say to get my 10 posts so I could "make it." lol
Meaning I will be using it at the event, for food, merchandise, activities and the like. I am rooming with a friend and registration for AC is about to be paid off.
Have some not so great news. The fursuit had to be cancelled. Otherwise, I got a full refund out of it, and will be using it for Anthrocon 2013
Thank you! I've just been really busy with school. And I am going to very busy next month too, because of my senior thesis course. I am graduating from college in December.
I just got to the end last week. Go as fast as you want or as slow as you need. You write very well, and I wouldn't want to rush it.
