1.Copy layer and set to Screen at 100% opacity (adjust by clicking File>Dialogs>Layers>slide the bar for opacity and click the bar for the setting of "Screen")
2.Copy layer again,and set to Soft Light at 100% and bring it to the top.
3.Create a new layer and bucket fill it with this color: C0C0C0 set to Burn at 100%
4.Create another new layer,fill with 010F2D and set it to Subtract at 100%
5.Create one more new layer and fill it with 9BD9F3 set to Burn at 100%
