  • Well I told another member, that Ramandu's Daughter bothered me, because it implies Ramandu owns her, that she is affilated with him. It imposes on her indivduality and makes it difficult to focus soley on her character.

It would be like is Arwen's name was Elrond's Daughter. It lacks the personalization, the unique attribute of a name that is her own. :)
I think it was quite cleaver, I've been rather annoyed having to always refer to Lilliandil as Ramandu's Daughter. I think that was Lewis' grave mistake, not giving her a name.
You know they totally did that on purpose, Liilandil glows like the light of Earendil and the dil part of her last name is obviously copied from Earendil and Elendil. XD
I'm sorry that you had bad experiance on the train Nessa, It's shame that such people are allowed to speak so perversely. :(
Well, Super Bowl V, the last and only time for the MVP award to go to a player from the losing team was in 1973, when you were just a baby. I will not say that that was a loooooooooong time ago because I value my virtual life. By the way, the mods have had no comment on the subject about which I emailed you. No PM's, nothing.
Any unsportsmanlike conduct is wrong. I didn't hear about the Pronger incident, but that was horrible. It's like adding insult to injury. It is funny that in Super Bowl V, a Cowboys player was awarded the MVP, even though the Colts won. It seems weird to call a losing player the MVP, but sometimes the winners have no standouts, but a great team effort.

    The 1 and1ly.
Don't count your hockey pucks before they hatch! The Blackhawks won it all in overtime and your Flyers lost! In all honesty, the Flyers put up a great fight and they deserved to be there. However, it was unsportsmanlike for the fans to boo during the presentation of the Smythe trophy. (I'm sure the Flyers would have won with Lindros :D)

I'm so glad you have your old number again. It was so distressing when your cell disappeared almost your first day here :(

Marvin is such a great brother!

When I asked Eden if she still remembered you, she started saying the Dutch alphabet :) so I think the answer to that question is Yes!
Your Flyers are going to lose to the 'Hawks! Teehee, my dad was born in the Chicago area... a looong time ago. :D He goes for the Cubs, Bears, Blackhawks, and Bulls.
tisk tisk tisk... i feel like even though your birthday was like days ago... :p and i havent been on in like... more than days...i should say happy bday here as well (albeit late-ish) for tradition's sake :D :p ;)
Hahaha, as a favorite hobbitess once said "once Middle Earth has you, it never lets go, you are forever smitten by it." XD
