    Did you notice, in the pronouncement of RP doom, Evening Star saying that something like Monologues could be permitted in Duffers? I have taken him at his word. Please take a glance at my new Duffer thread "At The Steakhouse."

    I seem to be having a hard time keeping up...in spite of it 'not having a plot' it *does* (sort of, via recurring themes) and I tend to hesitate over it. Let me see... we're snowed in here, so maybe I can get a little more time online. :)

    This fits with a truth which I have tried to make people see for YEARS: that the existence of evil (or even mere "naughtiness") is NOT dependent on "hate." As long as there is selfishness, the selfish person can do untold harm to others, while acting innocent because he or she doesn't "hate" them.

    I wouldn't be upset at the disruptor, if not for the fact that he had had it EXHAUSTIVELY explained to him AHEAD OF TIME that the wedding was the culmination of a regular story arc which had grown up, and that if he could just wait a short while he could then be chaotic as he pleased. But instead, he spitefully CHOSE to do specifically what he KNEW he had been asked NOT to do.
