A New Challenge

Azul looked up at Jadis, reconizeing her for the first time as the witch she used to know who used to beat her continuoesly becuas she kept failing her every time she would ask her to do something positively dreadful....she hated doing the things Jadis once maid her do and had dreamed of excapeing that sort of life ever sence she could remember....as soon as she heard news that the witch was dead she had run off into the western woods and had lived there ever sence....though at times she would come down to places such as the Beavers dame or places like that for a short visit...leaveing her old life of servanthood to the witch behind her..."your....Jadis the witch?" suddenly if it was at all possible her face would have turned many shades of pail as she realized who Jadis really was, "but...you look so diffrent I mean you don't look like the same Jadis who used to beat me when I kept on failing you....what happend?" she asked, looking up at Jadis for she didn't ask how Jadis was alive for she had heard many story's from the other Narnians that Jadis was still alive and was trying to turn on the good side...but she had never emaegend to meet Jadis again like this...

"what I mean is you look....warmer somehow or something...I mean like your skin color isn't so white anymore and you just have sort of a kinder look to you...." Azul explained.

*Jadis listen to Azul's words then spoke*"I see I'll tell you what happen my cold and dark soul was filled with love and kindness and passion and being filled up with those things changed my bodies looks from cold and dark and icy looking to what you see now"

Azul smiled knowing Jadis's words were ture, "I'm glad you met Aslan and his family Jadis....you don't know how blessed you are to have met them....all my life I've dreamed of some day meeting Aslan but I was always and still are afraid of what he'll do to me becuase what what I uased to do as your servant..." she looked towards Jadis's father and smiled, "i'm glad you've maid up with your father Jadis...thats something I've never had the courage to do..."

Azul's smile soon vanaished when she heard russeling in the bushes behind them, "not again..." she said rolling her eyes and faceing the bushes, "what do you want now!?"

out from behind the bushes stepped a scrony looking wolf who was really Azuls brother Zack, "Zack....what are you doing?" Azul asked shaking her head as Zack came closer to them, "I was just looking for some food Azul...I mean the woods have been scarc on food latly and you know how I love food!"
Azul only sighed shaking her head at how hyper her brother was.

"look Zack this is Jadis the former evil white witch and this is her father..Fermium..." Azul introduced her brother to Jadis and her father. Zack looked up, studying Jadis and Fermium for qiut a while, "hmm...I see...i remeber now..." he said cirlceing around Jadis and her father and sniffling there legs.
"Zack stop it!" Azul scolded, pulling her brother away from Jadis and Fermium.

Zack smiled, wigging his tale in an excited manner, "hey now that feels good!" he said, "could you try maybe srracthing me under the ears? we wolves love it when creatures rub us under the ears isn't that right Azul?"
Azul laughed slightly, "not all of us.....remember mom? she wouldn't hardly let anyone near her when she was alive..." her tone turned sad at the end though she quickly faked a smile, "but I know you do..."
