After Return of the King

"Sooo......What.....muuuust....we do?" Treebeard asked.

Bryan noticed the elf in the tree. He made another animal noise to get its attention. He didn't care if it was friend or foe.

Merry-

Merry looked up at Treebeard, hopeful that his friend would listen,

"If you could gather as many Ents that you can find near, to help rescue my friend from this wretched band of Orcs.. I will forever be in your debt."

"Bless my bark.....We already.....knew...*barum* about .....the gathering. We...were alreadt........ready." Treebeard said.

Bryan hoped the elf would hear him.

Merry-

Merry's lips twisted into half of a smile,

"That is wonderful news, my friend."

He then paused,

"Shall I lead the way to Frodo, then?"

Ents now appeared from all of the four corners of the forest with serious and solem expressions planted on their faces.

"Feeeellllll....Free." He said.

Bryan jumped at the sight of the tall trees.

Merry-

Whizzing in and out between the tree trunks and shrubs that surrounded him, Merry continued looking back over his shoulder to watch the Ent's follow closely. His eyes weaving back and forth from the path ahead to the friends that followed behind he soon came upon the bitter sight of his pain stricken friend.

Frodo-

Looking up suddently to see large Ent's staring down at him, Frodo felt as if he had never been happier.. except of couse the time he had been rescued by Eagles on the cliffside of Mount Doom. Panic now struck the Orc's as they raced around the camp frantically grabbing their weapons. The Orc Leader now came up behind Frodo, untying his hands and attempted to drag him away again. Frodo struggled as much as possible, but being only a small hobbit it was hard.

Bryan fired an arrow at the orc.

Frodo-

Bryan's arrow spun wildly in mid-air for a few moments, when finally it reached it's destenation.. the Orc Leader's chest. Tumbling in a large mass to the ground, the Orc Leader fell groaning in pain, until finally he went cold, his hand falling to the ground as leaves spiraled around him. Frodo took a deep breath, so glad to be rid of his captor. Hurrying out of the path of the enraged Ent's, Frodo attempted to pull the arrow out from his shoulder. After a few moments of many tries the long stick broke off, leaving the arrow head itself still lodged deep in his shoulder. Turning very pale, Frodo fell to the ground, finding it too hard a task to stand, as the infection grew more and more dangerous to his life.

Merry-

Merry now pulled out his long slender blade, and began slashing angerily at any Orc that stepped in his way. He was determined to give them quite a fright, for what they did to Frodo Baggins.

"Wait." Bryan said rushing over to Frodo. He picked him up and took him with him. Luckly Bryan had enough elvish power to let Frodo live untill he could get him too Arla.
