On the contrary, I thought that they good. The books have so much detail, you cant possibly fit it all in a 2-in a half hour movie.

I dislike her. I like Liv Tyler, she made the character bereable. But I dislike how inconsistente she is, one time she is passíve, other time she is a warrior in the battlefield. It made her look really spoiled.

Also I dont see much likeable things in her, other than her being pretty and... In love? Ok, I can appreciate Liv Tyler beauty and decent acting skills, but Arwen the character is quite meh. Also the fact that she retired to die from the kingdom even after having children just because her husband died shows how one side and sattelite to a man D this character is. She is there to be prize wife. Sure, she can grieve and feel conflicted feelings, but she seems emotionally weak, when even humans can keep going on after facinho death and loss. But ih no snowflakr Arwen needed Aragorn comfort her feelings when HE was dying. Come on...

Peter and Tyler tried to fix her a bit. But I think they should had done differently.
