Apolo, please answer the question, asked by KingAslan.
You can read for yourself, NO. THere were no rules asstablished, so there were no disscussions of rules or fair fighting.

Well, if they HAD gone over the rules of a fencing duel, they would have undoubtably gone over this rule: Strikes to the sword arm are not allowed.
From this, we can either assume that they went over the rules of fencing, and Elindil made the first offense, angering Apolo and causeing him to strike OR they did not go over the rules, making him totally innocent.

*QA48 enters the court. Everyone looks at her direction* Sorry I was taking care of some matters" *embarrassed she lowers her head and sits down*
"So,Who's on the stand?" *She whispers to the person next to her*

Sparky stood silently off to the Right of the room, watching all that went on. As Baliff he would be charged with keeping the courtroom in order should anyone stir it up. He had at his side his very large Mithril Shilleighlie, with which he would incapacitate such offenders... :D

And I order, MAGISTER, that you listen to our points! Time after time we present evidence that any FAIR court would take as proof that Apolo is either innocent or justified, and time after time you tunr it down. It doesn't help your "nuetral magister" act that you're a ranger, SIR!

Yes i was very tierd. I told her several times i did`nt want to fight long.

Even if you felt tired, did you feel the preassure to go on? How come?

If you continue in this manner, Elf, you will be dismissed. I have asked us to continue with questions pertaining to the case at hand, not to which of Apolo's hands has a hook.

Continue.

The rules of fencing are the same as the rules of dueling.

Before you declare this, you must first provide ample evidence that the rules of dueling and fencing are, in fact, the same.
