Ahoy there mates, and honorable guests (Save Rangers, but that's a matter O' opinion... 
Just joshin' ye...) A tall, dark haired, dark eyed pirate walks into the huge, beautiful castle, armed to the teeth as always, and carrying with her a huge scroll, full of the large writing of Is obsessed with will. Twilight says:
"Good judges, I recieved this account of the battle between Elendil, Apolo, IOWW and Lion's Mane, from an actual participant in the battle, IOWW. This is it, in her own words, and her own conclusions as the the Ranger's treachery towards Apolo." (Note: I know this is really long, but it is very important. If you're a judge, please read it) Here it is:
On April the 21st, I was attendin' to me ship work when I heard that Apolo and Elendil were going to duel. I headed over there immediately, and what I saw I wouldn't really consider a duel. Apolo was half asleep, and really wanted to go to bed, not wanting to do any dueling at first. But Elendil BEGGED for him to duel her. As shown below:
On the next move, Apolo used his teleporting powers to go behind Elendil and stab her in the back. But he never specified where, as you can see:
Even though he wounded an enemy, he still realized what he did was wrong, and tried to fix his error.
Elendil, however, did not want to accept his help.
May I also point out that they never agreed on any rules for this duel.
After Elendil passed out, Apolo poured the remedy down her throat, and tries to stop the bleeding.
It was after this that I stepped in and helped Apolo with his predicament.
After a few minutes we decided that her wound needed to be stitched up ( not knowing at all that she was stabbed in the spine. For she did not inform us of this until after Lionsmane came on) so i went to the ship to get the equipment. When I came back, Lionsmane appeared and called us foul beasts. he drew his sword, not realizing that we we're infact saving her life
I told him that we we're helping her, but he did not lower his sword. This was posted at 12:31 A.m.
At 12:49 a.m., Elendil posted that blood was oozing from her mouth, and then shortly after, she posted that her eyes rolled back into her sockets and she moans.
Inbetween these two posts, I helped Elendil, or tried to.
Also inbetween this post, Lionsmane makes an ooc comment.
I thought this was an odd post at the time, considering his sister is dying, but all he can think about is the war that was going on between the Dark Army and the beasts. I have no doubt in my mind he was trying to get me to leave so it would seem I let her die. I wasn't going to leave her though. enemy or not, I can't see somebody die on my watch. But I decided in the end to leave. I made sure she was at least semi-healthy and I went to fight for the beasts.
A bit before we actually left, I snapped at Elendil for being weak, because she was complaining about her wound, to which she replied:
Before this post, we had no idea she was stabbed in the spine. From 11:09 when she got stabbed until 1:01 when she made the comment, she said ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about where in the back she was stabbed.

Then, I posted this, which was obviously ignored by both elendil and Lionsmane.
I killed the Pegasus,(Emphasis mine -Twilight) but LM and elendil didn't pay attention, and I even reminded them of this. Whether he understood what I meant or not is beyond me, though.
Right after that, LM posted this...

Out of the blue he said she was dead, infact, the post before it was Elendil explaining to me where she was stabbed, but she did not sound like she was dead already.
Then after that lionsmane posted with a quote from Curumo, which perplexed me, considering Curumo had not been in the ranger's thread since before the incident occured. He may have gotten it from the Beasts thread, but where ever he got it from, it shows that he was spreading the news of Elendil's death before anybody else. Which leads me to believe he planned it. (I believe she means He Lion's Mane, NOT he Curumo-Twilight)
This was elendil's reply to my taunt of her having a brother who wants her dead:

Curumo was confused about her death for a while after this. Asking many times what was going on. when Elendil says she'll PM everything to him.
Being myself, I was antagonizing the Rangers who were on. For I thought the whole thing was utterly ridiculous. To which LM replied:
Of course I wasn't going to turn down a challenge.
Lionsmane made the first move.
Then it preceeded as follows...
This is also a very strange quote, considering that the Dark army had officially been defeated a little earlier than this post. I am an honorable pirate ( yes, we do exist) adn I would not kill him in cold blood. It isn't right. And I told him this.
Curumo came a bit after, adn did not interfere. he sinply watched everything happen.
That's when LM killed himself.
This whole thing is a conspiracy. They PLANNED on dying, and Apolo was just at the wrong place at the wrong time. Seeing he was on and wanting to duel proves that they planned on killing themselves and making us pirates take the blame.
This is the end of IOWW's account of the incident.
NOTE BY TWILIGHT: I realize that much of this post is devoted to the death's of Elendil and Lion's Mane, and not Apolo. Some may think that it doesn't apply to this trial. But I believe it applies in a big way. It could prove that Apolo was simply in the wrong duel at the wrong time, and made an fairly unfair move, stabbing someone in the back by teleporting behind them. I agree that the act was probably not fair in a friendly duel (Though if it had been part of the war, I think we, as pirates with that ability have perfect right to use it. But because we are usually not that hard pressed, we don't. Also, teleporting should also rob us of a lot of our strength, which could be fatal in a long battle) but as for the charge of him assisting in the murder of Elendil, I believe it is false. It was not his idea for Elendil to die, and Elendil was the one who refused to accept his help for her injuries. Even out of character, as part of the game, a death that was planned would be seen as partially a suicide by the person in question, and the blame for the death should not be put on the "almost innocent bystander" (Sorry, Pirates of the Carribbean 2 quote there, couldn't resist ) because he was the one she was dueling when she decided to die. That is my opinion on the subject.
The Tall pirate crossed her arms and stood aside a bit, allowing others to take the stand if they wished.
