Twilight,
Where were you on the night of the acclaimed murder?
Objection! Not verdict has been given on the nature of the death. It may have been a lgitimate duel death, it may have been murder, it may have been a death in battle. Call it "the death."

Hold your peace! The law lord has not declared the death of Elindil to be murder. Reconsider his words with care.

Twilight shakes her head of long, braided brown hair at the foolishness of having to use exactly the right words, but still sort of agrees with it.

On the night of the death, I was gone on a short voyage to gather some supplies for we pirates. I was accompanied by Machia the marshwiggle, and The Turncoat mermaid (Gondoriannarniangirl). I came back and Apolo was already going to be put on trial. But I have read the duel on the Rangers forum.

Earlier you said you had evidence. Is this true?
To the other judges:Should we allow this evidence?
If there is evidence.

Aye, ye are correct, and ye can find her account of it on pages 5 and 6 of this thread under my name.

Aye, my evidence had to do with the fact that not just Apolo has violated the no back stabbing rule that they say we knew, or should have known.

What about her account did ye find interesting and suspicious about Elindil?

My suspicions were most aroused when Elendil refused to be healed by Apolo and IOWW, and also her cryptic comment after IOWW commented that Lion's Mane seemed eager for elendil to die.

(yea yea yea...least I know why he said that!!! Unlike you!)

This makes me think that they were planning together to die. Also, Elendil admitted on the Ranger's thread that she decided to die after Apolo stabbed her. It was her idea, not Apolo's.

Did you as a pirate know of the rule?

I did not know of it as an established rule. I did not know that you couldn't stab someone in the back in a duel, or that we couldn't teleport during a duel. In fact, we always teleport to fights, and this progression seems logical.

And as for what else I found interesting about IOWW's account of the duel, is that she SHOT THE UNICORN that supposedly finished off Elendil. But Lion's Mane and Elendil ignored that post, and went on with Elendil's death.

Twilight, do ye think that after all the anesthesia, and bandageing (sp?), If Pegasus had not gotten to Elindil, Would she still be alive today?
