Ask a Telmarine!

How wonderful are Telmarines?

Kill Miraz (duh!).

Right. So...what if Glozelle ordered you to inaugurate Sushi as a member of the Telmarine government?
What office would you give Sushi? Secretary of Wonderfulness? Eternally Honored Kingdom Scribe, Esq.? Something better?

Oh, yes. Just last year a Telmarine invented what he calls "air conditioning". It's designed to keep castles cool in the summer.

So...with castles being made out of a lot of stone, which is notable for being cold, how do Telmarine castles manage to get hot enough for air conditioning? I suppose it might be all the toast you make (in bed, in the bathtub, in the closet, etc.), but that seems insufficient. Or are you all just trying to freeze the prisoners in your dungeons again?

What composers?

(I like Greig.)

Mendelssohn, Bach, Beethoven, Chopin, and others.

Glozelle doesn't order me to do anything. I'm his equal on the scale of authority. Thus, the rest of your questions are irrelevant.

Oh, believe me, castles get hot. If you'd lived in one, you'd know. They don't have a lot of windows in the lower floors, so they get stuffy and humid.

What? Freeze prisoners? No, that would dull their pain. Can't do that.

Here is one...

Why don't people forgive!?

(Another 100% serious answer.) Because people are sinners. They're not sinners because they sin, they sin because they're sinners. They're born that way. Even Christians struggle with forgiveness, and will continue to do so until we're in Heaven. Often it's easier for them to become bitter than to humble themselves and forgive someone. They are under the influence of Satan that if they allow someone to be forgiven, that they're no longer right in the matter, which is, simply, a lie. You can be right and still forgive someone for being wrong - in fact, when you choose not to forgive, you are hence in the wrong also. Bitterness is a dangerous enemy of the Christian.

Anna, you have shown me a great Christ-like example of forgiveness (remember how we met here?):).

Sorry you're leaving :(,

Mike

Thanks Mike...
You are right! People sin...and I have to get over this. But it's hard and it hurts.
You made me tear up in a good way...thank you.
To be honest...how did we meet?

I'll be back one day

Forgive me for my incessant curiosity, but how did you and Anna meet here? (If you don't want to answer this, you are entitled not to. I will not be offended.)

Thanks Mike...

Your mom had had a miscarriage, and I had foolishly raised the question of "How could they be so close together?". After being corrected, I apologized, and you forgave me.

Make sure you're in the Word. That's where you'll find comfort. :)

EDIT: This should answer MissR's query, too.
