Of course! There's "How to Succeed in Government Without Really Trying", "Telmarines and Their Ways", "The Joys of Dr. Pepper and a Snickers Bar," and "Sweater Vests are Incredible", to name a few. :D

It implies that if you play your proverbial cards right, you can go anywhere in politics. Specifically, it advocates brib- er - tipping important government officials to move ahead in the government.
