"What did your sister say?" Lisa asked as she set the lettuce, salsa, cheese and meat on the table along side the taco shells.

Lisa smiled and kissed her head. "Anything for you, sweetheart." She sat next to Mara, a smile still on her lips.

"Oh, sorry honey, I was thinking about something else. We just have to put them together," she replied, pulling the plate of taco shells closer so Mara could reach.

Mara smiled and took a shell and put meat on it first then cheese. She sat back and bit into it. "Mmmm." She said smiling.

Lisa laughed. "Good, I'm glad." she put together a taco for herself and looked at Mara. "Should we make some in case Brin gets hungry?"

After she was finished with supper Mara kissed her mom goodnight and ran upstairs to brush her teeth and put her pajamas on. She crept back downstairs and snuck a taco off the plate and grabbed a napkin. She quietly crept back upstairs and into Bri's room. "Bri?" she whispered. "I brought you food in case you got hungry." She said.

Lisa cleaned the kitchen, wrapping the extra tacos in the fridge for later and putting the dishes into the dishwasher. She finished and sat in the family room, reading a book.
