um let's see. I think we may be in the same time zone or close to it. I just stay up late lol :p as for adult content in the movie/ trailer I'm just going by trailers and what I've heard/ read of the movies I'm about to mention. I think it will fall somewhere between EV and DG and I'm not talking about for violence.
p.s. there is 1 swear word in the LI trailer besides some other stuff that doesn't look kid friendly

Pssshhh swearing? My dad speaks it like a second language! Everyone apologizes in front of me for doing so and I just laugh because they know my dad.
As for trailers,yeah I saw the EV trailer and that wasn't too bad. I'm just gonna wait till it starts playing main stream on TV because we go out to eat much and there's always TV's everywhere.

But as for that,DANG IT BEN YOU DARN RASCAL! If you're saying the trailers aren't very kid friendly then Reagan has accurate book material!

Norah gets mad at him for going and doing another bad film RIGHT after she made him promise not to do anymore and work on becoming christian.
He was rejecting that and tried to get out of the house whenever she did her bible study.

Kind of a mean attitude to put our darling in,but seriously,unbelievers do that.
Of course I'm sure you understand chish,you're the lecture type:D

Okay then,*awkward face* Its nice to know someone on here can use my areas of expertise. That middle line that says "You must have a crush on SOME boy" is actually what my mum said today. I added the other lines,but she does bring it up so often.
Whenever a conversation about Ben pops up from the small bit of knowledge she has from me,I always want to just spout off everything I know but then that would burst my cover.
Mum doesn't know who exactly Mr. B is in the book. I made up that name so I could discuss Ideas in front of mom with my sister and she wouldn't know who we were talking about and know everything about Ben:D

All she knows is I have a crush on him and that I have only 3 tiny pictures of Caspian on my bulletin board.
But if she were to see some of my posts on here,my sig,and my ANYTHING BRIT folder...she would know QUITE a different story.


This brings me to a new topic,do your parents know you like Ben and occasionally tease you about it?
I get slightly teased because I hide most of it. The only reason I do this is because my dad is super over protective when it comes to boys/crushes so I try to act like I'm not interested around him.

So I'm asking my fellow benonites,do your parents know you like him? do they have comments on that?
 
I don't have a serious crush on Mr. Barnes *ducks the rotten tomatoes and and covers ears so as not to hear insults from other BB fans* I just think he is very talented and pretty nice to look at. which is why i have his pic on my ipod ;) my mom knows this and it doesnt really bother her. she knows i go throuh these phases where i become overly intrigued with certain people. mostly i pray for Ben. more than anything he's just intriguing to me and i would really love to get inside his head and know what goes on in there. perhaps that's the part of me that wants to go into psychology speaking lol.
 
baby,don't you dare try and get inside his head!!! I tried that already and didn't
like what I found,but if you REALLY want to,I'll post the links.
I for one am crazy infatuated with him in pretty much the same way you are,except I see him as that kid in those cliche movies where the girl and the boy are best friends but the girl secretly has a crush on him and he doesn't find out and like her back till the end.

I've gotta work on my pirate drawings so I'll post those links later..TA TA!:D
 
Not infatuated. I never fantasize about him liking me or dating me. I don't want to date him. I have probably read just as many things about him as you have because I think he's interesting. I really do want to get in his head. I seriously think psychology is part of my calling so I just find certain peolple interesting and want to pick their brains. I want to find out what motivates people to do what they do. The further a person is from my own train of thought the more I want to pick their brain. If it's someone who is like-minded I tend not to feel the need to explore their thought patterns so much because I already know them. But give me someone who I don't know or who is my opposite and I want to explore that kind of thought pattern. I know, weird. You're gonna think I'm crazy but if Dorian Gray were real I would want to get inside his head. That's not to say Ben is anything like Dorian, just to prove my point that I don't have to be infatuated with someone to want to pick their brain and I don't have to agree with, or even like, what I find there.

I can see what you mean. I want to get inside his head too,only I think I just freaked myself because I honed in on his dark side. believe me honey he has one.
Yeah,He is pretty interesting isn't he? HE WAS the son of psychologists,makes him a perfect subject for you:D
I do really want to get inside his head,only just not on his dark side because it's scary there *shudders* When he does that angry Dorian Gray face I totally get the shivers and he DOES scare me sometimes.
But he TOTALLY persuaded me into why he did that film and did a better interpretation of the story and then I was like all okay with it and THAT was weird.
He is really funny too,Its a wonder why he doesn't do very many comedies. He's always doing these dark(or in a few cases BORING) films when he should totally harness his wit and do something funny.
Like if they made a romantic comedy starring him,Eddie Izzard and Ashley greene then THAT would be the film for me.

As for the infatuated part. I think I'm a bit of you and CG wrapped into one.
I partly want to get inside his head and find out what makes him tick(thats why my book is written from his point of view) and part of me wants to fall fashionably in love with him(as example from my long post:eek:.)
On a whole scale,I'm crazy in love and its NOT just because I'm hitting puberty. Otherwise I'd have been over it by now,but its been 3 years and Ii haven't lost it<3<3<3

Yeah,he's interesting,and ALOT like me. He has the same interests which is weird. Like he likes the beatles and they're one of my favorite bands along with he's so theatric and has my dad's sense of humor.
He's a little like my sister too because He's really rock and roll.
My mum says we usually find people who remind us of our family attractive:D
What I find weird is that whatever my mom says signifies true love,is what I feel about him....sooooo thats scary.

In the book I divided his fan base into what he calls the "crazies" and the "sweeties". He later finds out our names(the benonites) but in the book us "sweeties" fight the "crazies."

But that episode is so funny!!!! Not that I've seen anymore of course.
 
Well everyone always cuts to his parts because the rest of the episode is so weird.
His name is charley in it but no one ever says that. that charlie and lola show on playhouse disney is english and whenever they say charlie's name lola always whines it like:Chaaaaaaaaaaarlie!
so on Ben's episode when Lucy's like don't take a picture of it!
We say "Oh chaaaaaaaaarlie! don't take a picture chaaaaaaarlie"

(and My sig says That you're still no. 1:D)

thought so,but still! I'm soooo telling you,writing the book (at least the early parts before Norah and him start fighting) are nooooo sweat. EVERYTHING THAT WOULD SOUND RIDICULOUS IS ACTUALLY REAL!:D
I was just re-reading my old chapters that I'd finished of it that were really action-y with like a car chase and shooting and what not(Norah's enemies) and I was thinking: That other chick writing the same fan fic as me,Is totally NOT as exciting as mine. Its probably slow,more accurate and romantic with her as the love interest(well Norah stands for me) and made totally for girls.
Mine is accurate(sort of) with me as the love interest(sort of) and tons of action,comedy,romance,and one things hers deffinately would not have...BIBLICAL REASONINGS!

Back to him hating the internet,I do hear him about people with too many opinions. My parents think thats why people shouldn't have blogs.
I'm surprised he didn't dig up any swooned girls' comments,cuz thats what we're all worried he'll find.
Alsoooo I wonder if he ever googled Prince Caspian,went to far and found his own butt!:D Ha ha,now THAT would keep him off the internet:D
