an american actor could play prince caspian because he wasn't british like the pevensies. Whatever the case... the accent just shouldn't be noticable... it doesn't really matter. Just as long as it is a really good character for the part

I am NOT a fan of Orlando!! I really don't like him... and If I heard that HE is gonna be Caspian, I WONT be a happy girl!! :mad:
 
Poor Elf. He used to be uber cool. Now he's just uber picked on. Hence, a very good reason that he might not be a good choice for a film that wants a fresh audience and a fresh perspective.

No, Orlando Bloom can never play Prince Caspian according to me. Not because of the looks, but the age...... No, they should choose someone unknown. That works the best I think.
I just can't imagine OB as Caspian. It just doesn't fit.
 
Isn't there a thread already about this? And yes, Most of the people on this forum agree with you. Orli should not and cannot play Caspian!
 
His acting is good, but for one thing he's too old, and for another, like someone else mentioned, he's a pretty well-known actor. Getting him for this movie would completely ruin the movie.

no it's just a rhumor... maybe he'll play the older caspian but this 1 is a kid... first at the very beginig of his mentioning he's about Lucy's age when he's running away(what I imagin) and when he's actually out on his journey and stuff he's about Peter's age.. not older...
