I say forget semi auto, lets just go all out full auto .50 caliber mounted machine guns.and they could be shooting semi-auto matics and revolvers instead of bows and arrows.
Lucy will know all kinds of fighting styles and take-down techniques. She will be their secret weapon!! I heard that she singlehandedly beats the .... out of Pug and all those slavers, rescues all the slaves, and then leads them in revolution against his 'fishancy!!!

And somehow Jadis comes back, and they have the most intense martial arts battle in the middle of a gunfight, and somehow manage not to get shot.

If she is leading the slave revolution, I would want there to be a scene where the enemy is asking for her to surrendeer. They all ask who is Lucy? She answers, "I am Lucy." followed by others saying the same thing, "I am Lucy".."I am Lucy".."I am Lucy".."I am Lucy".."I am Lucy"

When Lord Rhoop gets taken aboard in the Dawn Treader from the Dark Island he tells the crew, "I've seen things I can never forget..... the horror... the horror."
When the sea serpent atatcks you hear the Jaws theme playing in the background ( sad, one of the msot suspenseful movie themes that was not only a great theme, but part of one of the greatest effects in cinema hsitroy is now reduced to a cliche in movies). When the Seprent rears it's head, Rhince says, " We're going to need a bigger boat."

Every one does love a good great white. Plus they could knock out Jaws 5 at the same time! Two for one! Eh, and well there at it throw in some velociraptors on an island and have them eat a few inconsequential characters. That way Jurassic Park IV can get done too!

if we're talking about terrors put in the quadar from Anthropos and the Nazgul from LOTR on one of the islands, maybe the Dark island....they can follow the Dawn Treader out of the darkness andfollow them onto the sea, then attack with the sea serpent.

Oh, and instead of Ramandu; it's Superman, and instead of R's daughter it's his cousin... Kara In-Zee AKA Supergirl. They help rescue them from the serpent. But, uh, then the question remains of which actor to use for Superman so maybe the Man of Steel should not show up.

Along with Jaws 5 and Jurassic Park 4, they can make it Pirates of the Carribean 4 as well!
When they reach Aslan's table, Edmund (who is very hungry) grabs the Stone Knife to slice some meat and falls asleep, so that Lucy and Eustace have to return for him, extending the movie! It'll make it easier for the plot flow if we follow them back so we see Ramandu's Daughter go back w/Caspian.

I like it! And then Lu and Ed, at the very end of the movie, set sail in a little rowboat from the island, and have to make it all the way back to the end of the world. But we only see them starting, then the theme song cuts in, and we roll the credits.
