Homeschooler's in High School

There was a marker board in the kitchen, used for various purposes. Mr. Imada usually reserved the top edge of it for a Bible verse. The next time Alipang entered the kitchen, a different ink color in the corner of his eye told him that the Scripture had been changed. Looking, he now saw the famous words from Proverbs 31:

"Charm is deceitful, and beauty is vain;
But a woman who fears the Lord is to be praised."

ooc|| Is it too late to join? I've never been in public school but I'm homeschooled. Well part-time homeschooled. =)

Please do join, Starflower! But please try to learn the existing situation. We are in the town of Smoky Lake, Virginia, not too far from the ocean. There are two high schools, of which we will be going to "East," whose colors are blue and gray, with team called the Falcons.

Fairly early in the thread, I wrote a summary of early action. Reading it will help you some.

My own character, Alipang (a Filipino boy adopted by white Americans) is friends with Jason, Kaitlyn, Chilana, Grant and Summer...and is hopelessly infatuated with Dayhawk's character who shares Dayhawk's real-life first name of Kim.

When the lunch crowd had thinned out, Alipang noticed that the Tisdales were still there. He had not wanted to be pushy about speaking to them, but now it would be a violation of his waiter duties NOT to speak to them.

"Is there anything else I can do for you?"

OOC: And here Alipang must be left in freeze-frame until Dayhawk reappears to make Kim talk.

Jason glanced at Jennifer, "uh..." he said intelligently, then ducked as Maria whispered in his ear. His ears were bright red. He turned to Chilana. "Uh huh."

EDIT: To put my two cents in, I think there should only be one school. Highschool is four years. (Those are my two cents, now I'm out of change.)

She looked ar Maria with a her arms cross " What did she just tell you?," she asked.

"Father Abraham Had Many Sons!" Melody squealed. "And say left foot, right foot!" She was too young to appreciate the distinction of original compositions.

Isn't that a camp song? haha as staff, I had to do that.. :rolleyes:

I'll join in a bit I think. No time to sit down yet.
