Introduction Thread II

Hi! I'm Mask and I'm happy to finally be able to post!:)

I sort of learned about this forum from Rainshadow, on another forum that we're both on.

I'm really fun, believe it!:D

Welcome aboard, says the Navy veteran! We urgently need new members!

If you have ANY taste for writing poems or stories, PLEASE scroll down the starter page to the major section "Professor's Writing Club." That's where poems and stories dwell. Once you have earned a little seniority by participating in existing topics, you will be able to create your own threads, and thus can post all the family-friendly writing you can come up with.

Ah, thank you! And yes I do have great interest in writing. I've been writing since I was eight, even though I've only finished a few of my stories. I might post my LOTR poem in there.

Well met, Cryfion! Is the first syllable of your username intended to rhyme with "cliff," or with "life"? Be that as it may, we _really_ need new members! If you are into creative writing, we have a section for it. Scroll most of the way down the starter page, and you'll find it: The Professor's Writing Club. You need to earn a little seniority by active _participation_ in the forum before you can _create_ new topic threads; but commenting on the stories and poems will help you to accumulate that seniority.

I created a poetry thread called "Sonnets Here, In-House." It is intended to showcase own poems; but if you happen to be _bursting_ to get a poem of _yours_ up there to be seen, you may go ahead and post your poem on my thread even _before_ you have your seniority. Others have done so.

Hello Copperfox! It is intended to rhyme with life. Cry-fee-on. :)

Must be your lucky day, as I am actually going to school for creative writing! XD must post stuff on here, although I can't remember from the guidelines/rules if it must be Narnia related or not...

I am also a colligate swimmer, so don't tend to have a lot of free time on my hands, but hope to be on as much as possible!

So far as posting stuff, I look forward to critiques and such! I am currently in the middle of your Narnian story "Southward the Tigers: a Tale in the Days of King Frank." It is extremely well written, and I love how you tied in the theology, and added more background to different characters as well.

Thank you very much for your permission, I may just take you up on that offer.

Young lady, you just made this grandfather's day when you revealed that you had discovered the story of Slimtalon, Hookpaw, Fear-No-Blast et al.

No, your writings DO NOT have to be about Narnia. They just have to be tasteful, AND pretend that nobody ever feels carnal desires contrary to God's design of biology.

You're welcome to the welcome! Now, about the only way you can make the old guy STILL MORE pleased with you is, AFTER you finish "Tigers," to read my most bizarre story-thread, "Emmett and Queenie at Narnia's End."

Hiay folks! I'm a newbie (obviously). :) I LOVE the first two Narnia movies, though I didn't care for the third one. I've seen the first one about a million and two times, and I've seen the second a good many times as well. I can pretty much quote both of them. :p I don't know if I'm supposed to post more info about myself...

Anywhos, just wanted to pop in and introduce meself! :D

Welcome Cryfion and Laeriel! I hope you have a lot of fun here. Please friend me and ask questions if you'd like.

Go to the other person's profile page; there will be a link to befriend them. But even if you still have difficulties with this, you still CAN exchange messages with other members even if they're NOT on your friends list.
