Brief Introduction

Hello!

My name is Ciera Elani. I am 24 and I have always loved the Chronicles of Narnia series! When I was very young I watched the old BBC movies and then, when I could read better, I got all the books for Christmas (I was initially very surprised that The Lion the Witch and the Wardrobe wasn't the first book). From then on I have been a major Narnia and C. S. Lewis fan (although I am just starting to get into some of his other works)!
 
Hey! This is my first time ever on any fan club site! Ive read all the Narnia books and LOVE them! Ive also read biographies on C.S Lewis and I think he's really intresting! When I saw the movies my friends and I couldnt stop talking about them! There really good!
 
Welcome guys...er.....gals...or...gals and guys. :p You'll have tons of fun, and come join the looney bin (aka: dufferland) when you can! we're always welcoming new patients- er...I mean fun people. :p lol, but seriously, I hope you all have a great time here. ^^

The Lion, The Witch, and the Wardrobe was required for my class - and I could not stop there.

I'm 35 so probably older than most people here, but those books are magic, every time I read them they make me a kid again.

My favorite is the Silver Chair.

My favorite Lewis book is "The Great Divorce" which was required reading for my college Intro to Literature course - not a children's book, but a very good book nonetheless.

Hey all! I just found this forum a few days ago and I'm really excited that they finally activated my account so I can open my mouth!

I think the first time I even heard about Narnia was when the first movie came out and ever since then I've been a narniaholic. Finally I bought the book (the on that has all the stories in the one book) and read it like in a week or so. Because of the book, now I'm even more in love with it and I just want to run in to my closet and cry until it takes me to Narnia. Oh, and I must say I love the way C. S. Lewis writes.

I already want to say sorry for my possible typo's and all because english isn't my first language so that might happen sometimes. But I hope I have fun in here!

Welcome!!! I got an "all-in-one" book too for Christmas one year. I absolutely adore it. lol. Oh, and don't worry about English not being your second language. There are many people on here who are the same, so don't worry about it. Actually, you have better grammar than some people who speak English as their first language. :rolleyes: ;)
 
i feel so ashamed!! there are so many wonderful new people as of late that i have not welcomed.
