I think I'm just going to by pass whatever everyone's talking about. :rolleyes: I'm a wee bit Irish. I think I have a little of not everything, no way, just different things I think.
 
Yeah, well its cool to be completely something, but's also cool to be a little bit of everything, because you get to share in a great many cultures, instead of being immersed in one.

Yeah that is very true. I am mostly Irish and Scottish and German, but I do have Italian, Hungarian, Welsh, and English in me as well.
 
Well its quite interesting actually. First came Anglo Saxon types. Then Northern/Western European. Then Wester/Southern European. Then Asian/Latino groups. Quite the transgression.

Yeah in U.S. History we just learned about the whole "new immigrants" vs. the "old immigrants" and my father's side (the German, Scottish, Irish side) came before the Revolutionary War... and my mother's side (the Italian, Hungarian side) came 3 generations ago. so I'm 4th generation Italian/Hungarian, which I think is quite interesting. :cool:

So something amused me lately, doing my family records project I found out that I am a distant cousin of one of my guy friends at school on my Irish side... like one of my great-great-great-great grandfathers married one of his great-great-great-great aunts or something...it was quite interesting to find that out!
 
My grandma keeps REALLY extensive records of our family tree, that's how I know I'm mostly Irish ... but one of my ancestors came over on the Mayflower :D.
 
sorry no irirsh but i can say my ansetsers were erapean my linej is in fact french and lithowanion but i love iriish music go irish:D
 
I said to my parents "Well, how many people can say that?" about my Mayflowery ancestor. :p

And yes, we Irish rock. And not just Bono! Hahahaha
