The stone began to melt away and Peter was flesh again. He looked at Arie and then the witch. He jumped up and took out his sword and pinted it at the witch."Do you think just because my wand is broken i cannot kill you" she said mokingly. She swirved at Peter and Peter dodged her swiftly. He then collapsed his sword onto her shoulder and she collapsed, She arose back up, tripped Peter up and drove her sword through his stomach. Peter yelled. He got back up limpingly and was about to slash the witch but she vanished.
Peter looked at Arie and then all he could see was darkness.
Everything was dark and silent until he felt an arm on his shoulder"Peter. We dont have much time"It was Arie"The witchs dark power only lasts for a short time so she can escape...we must be swift and hurry...get on my back..quick!"When he turned he saw a white tiger instead of Arie.

nawh. you just caught us on a funny note :D how are those battle plans coming!??

Jadie found a stick and hit him wit it. Not too hard, just so he'd stop so she could get ahead. She threw the apple back to him, which hit him in his head by mistake, and her puppy became sad. But the apple was half eaten anyways lol

Why?!?!?!?! Why would you have to leave me?!?!?!?!?!?!? **Cries**

IC: As they traveled they began to notice the strange colors in the trees. It was almost as though they were turning grey. "As bizarre as it sounds, I've been hearing rumors that the plants were doing this..." Eringuard said walking beside Chloe as she led Sheerik by the reigns. Shivers ran along her spine. "Do you suppose it's some kind of spell caused by Crystal?" she asked looking up at his face. They had become confidents, and close friends, in a very short amount of time. They understood eachother to the point.
Shrugging Eringuard looked down at her, readjusting the bow on his shoulder. "It's a possibility I suppose, but we havn't seen enough of them to be worried."
"We've seen at least twenty!" Chloe looked up at him aghast. "That's more than enough to worry me. The Maple tree back there looked almost dead. Not to mention the nymph that was practically unconscious!" She cried.
He nodded, "I understand that milady, but it could be much worse," he whispered, the way he spoke broke her trail of thought.
"I know it could be, but it almost appears that as we travel down this path the more common this appears to be!" After a moment she continued, "do you suppose we are getting closer to Crystal's Castle?" A horrible thought struck her. Could Susan be heading towards Crystal's Castle?! Stopping she thought it over, subconsciously gripping the gem around her neck. No! No, Susan wouldn't be that foolish!! She knows the prophecy! She wouldn't try and attack Crystal all by herself! Would she?
"What is it?" Eringuard's voice rang through her head making her jump slightly. Looking up at him, she noticed his worry.
Smiling as best she could she shook her head to rid herself of such thoughts. "Nothing." Continuing to walk beside them she cleared her head and tried to search her heart for answers, crying out to Aslan for direction...

LOL! **Shakes head empathetically**

IC: It had been several hours since they had stopped to eat lunch and the sun was just beginning to set to west of them. Looking ahead Chloe noticed a sign. "Look!" she said as she walked up to it. It was written in a strange language, unbeknown to her. "Do you know what it says?" she asked turning to Eringuard.
"It's merely stating that there is a village up ahead. It's not so far, we can make it before nightfall if we hurry."
"Good," Chloe said imagining good food inside her stomache. They continued walking and just as Eringuard had said, they first saw it just as the sun was setting behind a hill.
Something was strange about it. Even from a distance, something didn't seem right. Eringuard was apparently thinking the same thing, because he tensed up, pulling his bow into a position where it was easier to reach. "Follow me closely," Eringuard whispered. Slowly approaching the town, they tread carefully and quietly.
There isn't a sound! Not even a bird! What is going on? she thought as she followed in Eringuards footsteps, her hand resting on the hilt of her sword. Entering the outskirts of the small town, Chloe noticed the foot prints on the ground where children had been playing, and the occasional spot where they had roughhoused. Where are they all? As they finally reached the center of town there was no sign that anyone had been there for several days, and yet there was no reason for the entire town to have left....

IC: Eringuard grabbed Chloe's hand and led her toward a building in the center of town. Putting his back against the building he slid along the wall, releasing Chloe and removing his bow and placing an arrow against the string. Pushing open the door, they slid into the building. It was empty. "Where are they all?" Chloe asked in less than a whisper. Turning around, Eringuard ignored the question walking out into the middle of the town checking several buildings, before returning to her. Colapsing into a chair, Chloe could tell by the look on his face that he was stressing. Coming beside him she crouched in front of him. His eyes were closed as though in thought. As she was about to ask if he was okay, he stood and grabbed her by the arm. "Come on," he said simply dragging her out behind him. Picking her up he stuck her on the back of Sheerik before jumping up behind her and kicking Sheerik making him charge ahead leaving the town behind. "That was not neccassary!" Sheerik cried through his puffing. "Eringuard, what's wrong?" Chloe asked back at him. He didn't answer either. They rode for a while using the remaining light to guide them. It had been dark for a while when Eringuard finally pulled on the reigns bringing Sheerik to a stop. Sliding off, he helped Chloe down, before walking away into the brush. Grasping Sheerik's reigns she led him through the darkness, following the shillouette of Eringuard directly in front of her. "Here." Eringuard said simply, directing her into a clearing. He disappeared into the forest surrounding them.
"Humph," Sheerik said still gasping for air. "What's his problem?" he asked nudging Chloe in the arm impatiently. Turning she rubbed his nose, not responding she began to remove his saddle and such. After he was stripped and nibbling on the grass, Chloe sat on the stump of a tree and stared at the night sky. The moon was bright enough to give them light enough to see, but she couldn't see much outside of the clearing. Eringuard return quietly sitting beside her in the dark. "I'm sorry," he said after a moment. "Let us rest and continue tomorrow."
Nodding Chloe walked to the packs removing everything they needed to make camp, while Eringuard started a fire. Laying on her mat, Chloe thought it over. Why would an entire village leave without sign of a struggle, or a reason to leave? It's strange... Almost like they disappeared... As she thought she fell asleep... Her dreams turning to nightmares.

Jadie remembered all her little friends in the forest. She decided to pay them a visit and take care of them for a while. Edmund and Ocean and Johnny and Neva and everyone else (servants, etc) stayed.
