Pirates II -- Come on, Be A Pirate (Please do not delete)

Fish came up from below deck in time to hear this comment. "Machia, can I speak to ye fer a moment...?" She asked slightly timidly.
Machia looked confused for a second, but nodded.
Once they were out of earshot of Aravis, Fish continued. "Matey, how much has really changed?" she said exasperatedly. "Has it really been so long since we both expressed sorrow o'er this whole mutiny thing? Allow me to refresh yer memory:

Fish was silent and just looked at him. "Matey?" She spoke up after a moment. "Machia, I can't remember to call ye by anything but yer name. Ye were Aravis' first mate, and ye never called her Aravis. Ye always called her Cap'n. And I have to think very carefully each time I refer to Aravis so that I don't accidentally call her cap'n anymore. It jest...it jest ain't right." Fish sighed and looked around at the Narnian pirates. They were all together again. "Machia, ye said that ye don't want any o' the other pirates dying. Well, ain't droppin' them off at the next port basically like sendin' them to their death? This ain't Narnia. I'm jest saying...oh, I don't know what I'm saying. This is yer ship now. Do as ye please."

Machia was silent for a minute... his hat was pulled down low and Fish couldn't see much of his face... Finally he sighed and pushed his hat up so he was looking at Fish... "Arrr... I know it 'ain't right..." He said slowly, "An' I didn't mean to say what I jus' said... I-I wanted to tell them that I was wrong an' this entire mess was my fault... But-" He paused again... "Arrr.. I don't know... I jus' couldn't do it..." He stopped and looked out over the deck thoughtfuly.... "Gar, when I found that Saruman's fleet was closin' in on Olorin's ship, I was ready to give me life fer any one o' the crew... An' I still would if I had too... But I still can't get meself to sail under... Aravis..." He looked back toward Fish,

"Arrr... I'm sorry, Fish... But I have to get them off o' me ship fer a while... I need time ter think, an' more importantly, Saruman an' his entire fleet will be out huntin' fer this ship... I need ter get as many pirates as I can off of the Dauntless an' somewhere where Saruman might not find 'em... Gar, an' I'm not askin' ye ter stay aboard either..." He continued, automaticaly reaching toward his empty pocket where apples were usualy kept... "But I'm gonna keep this ship as far away from our crew as possible, so Saruman can't find any o' the pirates..."

EDIT: Never mind! I was still in 40 posts per page mode... :D

Fish reached into a rather bulky part of her toolbelt and pulled out an apple. Tossing it to Machia, she said, "Yer not asking me to stay aboard? Ye've got to be kiddin' me, Machia. Do ye really think I'd let ye sail with only these British nitwits while Saruman is out to git ye-I mean-us? Yeah...right. Machia, whatever happened to strength in numbers? How much be'er will ye think alone than with the rest o' our crew? And how many times has Aravis actually implimented absolute power? We FF always had a say in everythin'. An equal say in everythin'." Fish closed her eyes and thought for a moment. "Arr...remember when High King Peter wanted to send his sisters and brothers back to England because he thought the fightin' was too dangerous fer them? Well, if they had actually agreed and gone home, Kind Edmund wouldn't've broken the White Witch's wand. An' then Queen Lucy wouldn't've been thar to heal the wounded... Alls I'm sayin' is, yer going to end up in a Kraken if ye decide to take this on alone, savvy?"

OOC: HAH!! Now Fish has come back to the crew! :D

Oh, and BTW - what is the FF?

IC: "Perhaps," suggested Azgar's disembodied voice from next to Machia, "Perhaps if you apologized to Aravis and admitted 'this mess', as you call it, to be your fault, then Aravis would feel somewhat more inclined to go easy on you."

Yep. Kinda like how the other ship was one that I had 'borrowed' from a crew of merchant sailors... they didn't make any complaint - until they woke up, that is. :D

ooc- the FF= The Fearless Five: Captain Aravis, First Mate Machia, Head Carpenter Fish, Chief Gunner Twilight, and Navigator IOWW. We're the five remaining pirates who have been around since basically the beginning. (Aravis and Machia both joined the first day, followed by the other three of us within two weeks).

And Fish hasn't come back to the crew. At least, she won't until Machia does, too. But she does feel that it is time to make ammends for what has happened.

And now I'm going to bed. I should have been asleep an hour ago, but I made the mistake of picking up a book, and then refreshing TDL...:D

Ok, for a second I was really nervous when I couldn't post in the original pirates thread.

I'm going to try to find some website in which I can blog on, because I think I'm going to send Malachi off to find Aiwenor, and his whole story, and everything about him is revealed. I would post it here, but it's going to be a little more bloody than PG rated will allow. Don't worry, no cussing. But I'll do this after a few days or so.

But yeah, I'll post as soon as I know what's goin on o_O

You know what someone should do, someone should create another forum, just for the pirates.

Such trivial matters these pirates were wrapped up in. Greed wished they would hurry so that he could finish them off. He looked over, and saw a new ship coming, one sent to scout probably. Greed was bored, and so he decided he would destroy, for fun.

He stepped onto the water, and as he did so, metal came from nowhere, and hovered beneath his feet. The metal glided across the water towards the boat.

Someone on the boat ordered them to fire the cannons at him. Greed laughed. The cannons were launched from the small ship. The cannons stopped in mid-air in front of Greed. Then the cannonballs whipped around, and flew through the side of the ship. They went through to the other side, turned, and repeated the process.

All too easy. Greed wanted something more. He wanted the pirates, but they would have to wait... Until they think they're safe.

IC: "Perhaps," suggested Azgar's disembodied voice from next to Machia, "Perhaps if you apologized to Aravis and admitted 'this mess', as you call it, to be your fault, then Aravis would feel somewhat more inclined to go easy on you."
Machia pulled out his pistol and shot it in the direction of Azgar's disembodied voice... "Arrrr, maybe if ye stop makin' obvious suggestions I'd have some time ter think..." He growled, "Like I hadn't already thought o' that... But yer not the one who was the stinkin' traitor..." He added under his breath...
Fish reached into a rather bulky part of her toolbelt and pulled out an apple. Tossing it to Machia, she said, "Yer not asking me to stay aboard? Ye've got to be kiddin' me, Machia. Machia caught the apple, took a bite out of it and then tossed it from hand to hand, a half smile on his face... "Arrr... I think I've been goin' through apple withdrawl, an' it's messed up me thikin'..." He took another bite, "Yer right... The FF always had a say in everythin' that went on; Aravis was always fair..." His half smile faded, "It t'would be better to keep the crew together..." He took a deep breath, "An' the only way that can happen is if Aravis is Cap'n..." He turned away from Fish and called up to Norrington, who was manning the helm... "Arrr... Norrington! Er-Bring the Dauntless to a full stop..." Norrington stared back, puzzled... "A full stop, sir?"

"Gar!! What's with the stupid questions, ye brainless bit of dirt??!!" Machia replied thrwing his apple core at Norrington, who ducked... "Aye, I said a full stop!! Get this pile o' driftwood stopped, now!" He pushed his hat from over his eyes, "I gotta talk to the Cap'n 'bout our headin'..." With that he turned and walked towards Aravis's cabin...

Aravis stood in amazement as she entered her new cabin. A wodden canopy bed with dark red curtains and pearl white sheets stood across from her. She sat down on top of a chest that was in front of her bed when a someone knocked on the door. "Arrr Who be there?" she asked immediately placing here hand on her cutlass.

"It be I, Machia."

Cia walked to the rail of the ship and sat down on it, looking at the sea. Jack the monkey ran up behind her and jumped on her shoulder. "Ello, mate." She said to him.

Machia pulled out his pistol and shot it in the direction of Azgar's disembodied voice... "Arrrr, maybe if ye stop makin' obvious suggestions I'd have some time ter think..." Fish smiled. "Arr...tis about time..." she muttered when he was out of earshot. About a second later, she realized that he wasn't going to be talking about the heading... "Arr...wait fer me!" She shouted.

"And Fish," she panted when she caught up. "Aravis, please, open the door. There's somethin' we need to talk with ye about..."
