Pirates II -- Come on, Be A Pirate (Please do not delete)

*a loud creaaaaaakkkk is heard*

*Everyone stops to see teh main mast leaning*

*Mast falls on Saruman and PotW with a "CRUUUNNNNNCHHHH!!"*

*Machia lets out a "GAARRR" as he manages to get crunched under it too*

*Falls over laughing*

HEHEHAHAHAHAHAHHAAAAAAAAA

As Sean was cackling himself to insanity, Fish slipped out a nail and her hammer, grabbed Sean's foot, and quickly nailed it to the floor. "Jest be glad t'wasn't yer mouth," she growled at him.

Still feeling a bit groggy from what seemed to be a hundred years of sleep, Aravis sat on a wooden box that used to be filled with apples. "Machia," she thought. Last she remembered Machia and Fish had divided the crew in their greed. But that was in the past now, or at least she thought. "I'm not going to entertain the thought!" she muttered to herself. She walked the main deck but felt she was no longer in control. The small crew on board barely looked at her. "I no longer have the presence of a Captain," she said. She lowered her head as her hand reached for a rope that was dangling from a mast. She pulled it with the weight of her body hoping to climb it but instead IOWW's body came falling down.

"Oh..I'm so sorry, Matey!" Aravis said as she bent down to help her up.

"Not again!" IOWW said.

"You mean to say I've done this before?" Aravis asked in confusion.

IOWW placed her hand on her back and grunted. "No, no. It's not that. Look at the sky. Black clouds are invading the seas again. It's been happening for quite a while now and it keeps pushing this ship off its course," she said.

Looking up at the sky as the black clouds rolled in waging war against the Ocean, a strong wing blew taking Aravis' hat with it. "Grrr! That hat was from one of our Middle earth raids!" Aravis growled.

"Ye raided while ye were in middle earth?" a surprised IOWW asked.

A lightning bolt came down and the ocean quickly became angry, unfortunately for the unnamed vessel in which they sailed in. The ship lurched and IOWW and Aravis found their faces scraping the floors. A bleeding Aravis got up to the sound of Twilight's voice.

"Git a hold o' the ropes and sails, tis going to be a wild storm!" Twilgiht said.

"Who's steering the ship?" Aravis asked. But before IOWW had the chance to answer she pushed her to the side and ran towards the helm taking control of it.

The Wizard smiled as he witnessed the scene through the use of his palantír. Aravis could hear his smooth voice fill her head. "You have survived many trials, Pirate Captain, but can you survive the natural forces of the Narnian seas? I will watch every moment with great pleasure." He sat back and continued to watch, as heavy rain began to pelt the stone walls of Cair Paravel.

"Of course she raided in Middle-earth. Don't you remember?" Sean said casually as he held out his hand. Teh ropes that tied off teh sails n' various parts thereof seemed to tighten into nigh-undoable knots of their own accord. Teh waves crashed against the ship causing to heave. "Now it's getting fun." Sean grinned as a lightning bolt splintered one of teh masts

ooc: Saruman... you can't talk to somebody with a Palantir unless they are using another Palantir. :p Tolkien said so. ;)

ooc: Nay, he's not using the Palantir to talk to the Cap'n... He's using the Disembodied Voice (DV) which everyone in this game is provided with... And since he's a Wizard he has more powerful DV and mind control powers... For instance, we can throw our disembodied voices to talk to one of our crew members farther away (Provided we know where they are... Most times they have to guess where the other person is...) and anyone can hear our DV. (with the exception of "Whisper DVs" which aren't used very often.) However Saruman has the power to put his voice wherever he wants to including inside a person's head... :D

Climbing out from beneath a pile of yards, rigging, and canvas, PotW asks "Who's doing all the talking? I can't see anyone."

Indeed, good to hear from you again, old comrade! Too bad you had to "go bad" - but then, you hardly had a good namesake, did you?

Yes, I fear our Parthian King has returned to Ecbatana for good.

ooc: It is tragedy to hear our great friend has indeed retired, and he will be sorely missed. But I am very grateful to see you still! Alas...what would the world be like if the great Saruman weren't harrassing our heroes? ;) Now, to continue...time to add some flavor to the stormy seas.

ic: Despite the heavy rainfall and the periodic flash of lightning that streaked across the sky, the Wizard made his way to the highest tower of the castle. His robes flapped madly in the heavy wind, and he clutched his staff for support. He spoke once more to Aravis.

"Are you having fun yet? Having trouble keeping a straight course? Allow me to help you in your way...to your doom!" He began to wave his staff around in the air in a circular motion several times. Lightning flashed more often than it should have once he had begun, and soon he began to speak in an ancient tongue which few now could understand. As the ship struggled in the turbulent waters, up ahead in the distance the water began to swirl, until soon it became a great maelstrom. Saruman resumed gazing into the palantír and chuckled to himself. "It was indeed a pleasure getting to know you, Captain Aravis. But you should have realized that Narnia is best left in my hands, under my control."

ooc: Since no one told me no, and when that happens I take it as a 'yes', so I'll continue.

As Michael finished eating an apple, he arrived at the top of a hill. He climbed down from his stolen horse, and fed the horse the rest of the apple.
He sat down on a rock and pulled out his map, he calculated that he was near Stormness Head, as he could also see tall mountains ahead.
Just then a strange, strong, north-eastern wind blew in, and nearly tore the map right out of his hands.
He thought to himself, "Winds like these aren't normal this time of year..." as he scrambled to roll up his map. He took a look out to sea to see a rather large dark cloud, although it was much to far for a normal person to see, he has been gifted with eyesight of a hawk since before he could remember.
"That's not a normal storm, Saruman's doing something."
Michael knew this because there have been a few times he has destroyed ships at sea, mostly conspirers against his rule, some even part of his clan.
Quickly he pulled out his logbook and a quill, it was a special quill that held ink better. He tried his best to calculate the time using the sun, trying to find it's posistion through the thick clouds. He wrote down the time and place he saw the storm.
He rested for another two hours, mainly for his horse, then took off, back the way he came.

The ship bucked violently and Azgar was thrown to the ground. He got up with a rather disgusted look on his face. Striding to the bow, he clutched at the jib lines to steady himself and took a firm grip on his steel-cased staff. A silver lightning bolt shot into the roiling clouds overhead, but they did not cease. If anything, they intensified - but they also moved away, back toward Saruman's castle on the mainland.

"All righty then, the day O' peace is over. So... DOWN WITH THE WIZARD! DOWN WITH BIG-HEADED-SEAN-WHO-STILL-CAN'T-TURN-INTO-HIS-DRAGON-FORM-BY-THE-WAY!! ARRR!! The Twilight Terror be back, and she never sleeps!!" Twilight stared into the storm, trying to pick out the Wizard's castle... "Capn', what be our plan O' attack?"

ooc: No offense real Sean by the way. :D

Struggling to keep a hold of the helm, Aravis tried to decide whether to go against the current of the Maelstrom or with it. "Arrgg a lil help here, Twilight, IOWW, Anyone!"

With every second the sky turned a different shade of dark, and with every lightning that struck the sea rocked the ship more violently than the previous before. "Saruman! Ye will pay fer this! I sweear! We will make a spectacle of ye before yer kingdom and the one to follow!" Aravis yelled knowing that the Wizard was watching her through his plantir.

IOWW was soon by Aravis's side, grabbing the tiller.
"Ar, Captain, sail with the storm, not against it!" IOWW took over the helm, though she struggled against the storm to hold it steady.
"That wizard thinks he'll set us off course...ha! We'll only get there faster, now..."

The Wizard had retreated back into the castle, after Azgar's attempt to strike back at him. He looked as the crew seemed to panic in all the uproar, though the captain and her officers maintained their calm. "Hollow threats, Aravis, that is all you are capable of making. Give my regards to the cursed, whose home now lies at the ocean's floor!" The Wizard's last words had almost been drowned out by a deafening clap of thunder, as lightning streaked across the black skies. The Wizard resumed drinking his hot tea, and felt sure that this time, the pirates would not survive their return journey....

"IOWW, Twilight, I don't think we'll be able to make it! How are we going to take this ship out of this Maelstrom? It's not humanly possible!" Aravis yelled attempting to be heard through all the noise that the rain and lightning were producing.

"Cap'n how can ye be so pessimistic at a time like this?" said Twilight trying to get a hold of a rope that controlled the main sail of the ship.

"Aye, I'm not being pessimistic jest realistic. We need supernatural help. If we were in Earth Calypso could've helped us easily...well not really, but I'm sure with a little bargaining and bribe..." Aravis continued.

"But we're not in Earth, we're in Narnia. And we're out in the sea not on land, how is Aslan supposed to 'elp us now?" a Pirate said.

"Aye, his father. The-Emperor-Over-the-Sea!" Aravis said.

"I don't think anyone in Narnia has even dared to summon him. Has anyone ever thought of how to even approach him?" Twilight asked.

"Aye, all i know is that he be more powerful than the wizard, and we have pledged allegiance to his son." Aravis said, while trying to help IOWW control the helm which was spinning out of control.

Emmy held another rope as the rain pelted her face, her hands were being rubbed raw from the rope trying to escape with the wind, "Well someone 'ad better do somthin' fast!!!! This ship wont hold tergether much longer!!!" she tried to scream, but most of her words were carried away with the wind. She tried to readjust her hands to get a better grip, but they slipped and a mast was let loose, it was heading right for Machia when someone jumped on him and made him hit the deck, saving him from becoming Headless Machia. Emmy swore under her breath and tried to reclaim the rope.

Great, I finally come back and I kill the RPG:rolleyes:

I'm a jinx to this thread!

Haha, nay, it's just that nowadays the number of RPGers has dwindled down to a select few... The few, the proud... The Pirates.. ;)

The First Mate isn't with the pirates or I'd be posting as him... hmm, I do still have Norrington though...
