Playing in the Queen of Hearts' Castle

"I'm fine," Peter said, returning to reality. Something wasn't right about Alice. She didn't look well, he knew that, and she wasn't acting well. What was wrong? She wasn't telling anyone.

Alice wasn't listening to the others. She was watching the destructive clouds coming on. Her Wonderland was subject to such evil. Why? She was upset, and she didn't want to tell anyone else.

Meanwhile, the Fireman, having now more information than he had before about the Snow Queen--including the fact that her snowglobe was destroyed, unless she was able to remake it--went searching for the people he had previously transported, to tell them what he had learned.

The noise of the birds can be heard quite plainly now. Alice shudders and tries not to think about them. "Guys, I think we need to move on," she said. "Those birds are coming back, and they mean buisness this time."
"How can you tell?" Edmund asked.
"I just can. I don't have time for a big long explaination right now; let's just get out of here!" Alice said.

Some fifty birds of several species were approaching Alice and her companions with clearly hostile intent...when the darkened sky was illuminated by a whooshing burst of flame, and every one of the menacing birds was incinerated like old newspapers. Eragon and his dragon friend Sapphira, though forgotten by almost everyone, had returned.

Coming in for a landing, Eragon hopped off Sapphira's back and said to Peter, "We've been trying to make sense out of what's going on. Those cowboy characters appear to have escaped from Wonderland, after passing information about the Snow Queen to Fireman. Fireman is looking for the Dutchwoman, the White Rabbit, the hockey player and the hobbits. The Walrus ran into a crowd of card-soldiers who told him the _most_ remarkable thing yet: they said that Aslan had raised them from the dead, so the gunslingers wouldn't have to feel guilty about being forced to kill them in self-defense. The Walrus is now leading those resurrected soldiers in a protest against the Heart Regime's imperialism. So far, we _haven't_ been able to find any trace of Lady Inkling of the Blue Kirtle."

"But now," put in Sapphira, addressing Alice, "how can we assist YOU?"

Toj stepped up to help alice

we're in the search of four magical items
a flute which i possess already
golden slippers that alice owns

and now a sword
and a box.

Meanwhile, back inside the Hearts castle, the Wonderland Lion was _glad_ to have the rough weather disrupting things; it meant he could go for hours at a time without fighting the Unicorn "for the crown." He just wished that the missing Lady Inkling would reappear--to examine the Unicorn for signs of punch-drunkenness. After fighting tens of thousands of boxing matches and losing _every_ one of them, the Unicorn could scarcely be unaffected.

The Unicorn was muttering something even now about boxing, poor chap. "Let it go, old boy," the Lion urged; "you should be _relieved_ not to have to fight for awhile. Don't talk about boxing NOW."

The Unicorn's eyes grew more focussed. "I'm not talking about box-ING; I'm talking about A BOX. Long ago, before the first time the King ever ordered you and me to fight for his amusement, I was told about a mysterious box, hidden in a grove...I have a hunch, Lion, a hunch that this very thing is needed NOW."

The Unicorn did not sound at all delirious. The Lion ended up convinced...and went out of the castle with him, giving the pretext that they were both doing some roadwork to keep limber for when they would next be wanted to fight again.

OOC: This is to hurry up the object-finding. Players will still have to decide for themselves what the box _does,_ once the Unicorn and the Lion bring it to them.

The Snow Queen has lost much of her once so great power since Aslan attacked her. It looks like she is starting to wake up a bit in the way like she used to be before he rage. And she even misses Emmett. There is no snowglobe for her available so she has to create a new one if she wants to see what the cowboys are doing now. But the two men are out of her reach and sight.

Eric hurries with the Rabbit on his way to Fireman. Nessa and Pippin follow him but Eric is faster than they are.

Me: Eric! Wait!
Eric: I would love to wait but there is no time to loose
Pippin: He is right Nessa. The Rabbit needs to be brought to Fireman. He might know how to heal him so it's the best if we let Eric run faster and we will follow. And in the meantime I will keep you compagny
Me: Okay Pip, but we must not get lost and how does Eric know the way?
Pippin: He might have a good memory or maybe the Rabbit's situation makes him hurry and walks the right direction

Eric continue to run while Pippin and Nessa follows. They both are a bot concerned about the Hatter as well.

Me: It looks like the original characters of Wonderland are attacked by something or someone
Pippin: The Snow Queen of course
Me: You could be right Pip

Eragon, grabbed Alice and Toj and placed them on Saphirra
behind him.
Caspian and Peter and Edmund with Hannah jumped on horses that had magically appeared

Caspain: So this box what does it do?
Peter: Maybe Toj knows
me: I really don't...
at all...
Alice: Well that's helpful!

"I think the rhyme said something about the box keeping evil inside of it forever, or something like that," Alice said. "I don't remember it very well, so much has happened." She then collasped back into her thoughts. The birds were gone now, but something still wasn't right.

As the Lion and the Unicorn hastened toward the place where the Unicorn remembered hearing of a magical box being hidden, the Gryphon slipped away to follow them. Soon, all three Wonderland creatures were digging furiously in the soil of the grove, the Gryphon offering to fly with the box in search of Alice, assuming they found the box.

"I still don't like the looks of those clouds," Alice said. "They're unnatural."
Peter looked up at them. "I don't like them either, but it can't be helped, Alice. None of us have the power to stop them."
"I know," Alice said. Somebody was trying to destroy Wonderland with those clouds, and whoever had set them loose was not going to stop them. Could they be stopped?

[* To move things forward *]

The Gryphon from the Hearts castle came into view, calling out to Alice: "Look here! Look here! I have a present for you, from the Unicorn!" In his foretalons, the Gryphon was carrying a box.

"The Unicorn remembered hearing about it long ago, from his mother," explained the Gryphon, "though he can't tell you what it does. The Lion helped us find it; you realize, he and the Unicorn aren't really enemies, it's just their job to fight each other over and over. But I need to get back to the castle, before I attract suspicion in your direction."

"Hannah, the Gryfon is a good friend of mine, and I know that he is not a lier," Alice replied. "Thank you so much for bringing it to us; I'm sure that Caspian would like to hold onto it for now."
