Playing in the Queen of Hearts' Castle

Led by the Walrus, and soon joined by the oyster-eating Carpenter, the card soldiers raised from the dead by Aslan marched into the courtyard of the Hearts castle, shouting, "Off with WRONG-HEADEDNESS! No war without cause!"

The Queen of Hearts looked reflexively for someone whom she could tell to behead these protestors--but then remembered that her husband had sent away all the soldiers (originally including these men) to attack their neighbors. She remembered, though, that the Cyclops was still around someplace; so she ordered several flamingoes to fly out and fetch him. The flamingoes, however, found the chilly wind so distressing that they all sought shelter as soon as they were out of the Queen's sight.

Toj looked appaled

Well isn't that an awsome sight for us to behold?

Alice: Is it me or is that....the queen of hearts castle
Peter: It looks like it...
Caspian: I think the war is starting
Edmund: Caspian the war has started, the first battle has just began

Alice sighed. She didn't want Wonderland to be plunged into a war. That could destroy it! Tears filled her eyes but she forced them back and hoped that no one had seen them.

One of the flamingoes appeared next to TOJ, telling her, "If you're talking about what's happening at the Hearts castle, that isn't a violent revolt--YET. The soldiers who were killed by those cowboys say they were brought back to life by someone called Aslan, Who told them that their own rulers, not the cowboys, were to blame. They also say that Aslan wants them to give the King and Queen a chance to give up their aggression. But the Queen doesn't want to give it up. We flamingoes are supposed to bring back the Cyclops and have him kill the protestors, but we don't especially want to do that."

Alice gasped. "Aslan? Is he here?"
The flamingo shook his head. "Not that we know of."
Alice looked disapointed as she looked a way. "Alright. What would you have us do?"

"I don't know," said the flamingo, "I'm just a flamingo. Maybe that dragon I saw flying around has an idea."

Alice was too bewildered to speak. She only turned around and looked at Eragon and his dragon with a look that said, "Well?"

The Queen of Hearts was getting desperate. Making concessions--or indeed, ANY action that was remotely connected with justice or even logic--was hateful to her; but that confounded Cyclops was not showing up to crush the demonstrators. The flamingoes obviously would all need to be decapitated; with necks that long, any amateur should be able to chop _those_ heads off. "Maybe I'll try it myself," thought the Queen; "is an axe much harder to handle than a croquet mallet? But first things first. If the Snow Queen isn't helping us as my stupid husband counted on her helping, I'll have to see if anything or anyone useful is still alive in the basement labyrinth..."

ToJ whispered to Caspian, "Alice doesn't look well."
"No, she doesn't," Caspian replied.

Eragon shook his head. "No ideas here I'm afraid."
Alice sighed. "The only thing then is head inside that castle and find out what's going on," she said. "Come on."

OOC: Are they giving up on finding the sword which was the last missing item? How about having Eric Lindros' hockey stick be TRANSFORMED INTO a sword?

Eric runs with the Rabbit in his arms on his way to Fireman.

Eric: Hold on rabbit....hold on! It must be here somehwere
Rabbit: You are close
Eric *stops*: You speak!
Rabbit: Haven't you noticed?
Eric: Yes but I mean you are still alive!
Rabbit: I do feel better now

In reality this is the work of Aslan. When he attacked the Snow Queen he broke her spell on the innoncent characters like the Rabbit and the Hatter. So their hearts are no longer freezing

Eric: Oww rabbit...you have no idea how happy you are making me!
Rabbit: No time for hugs Eric. You mean it very well but we must go to see Fireman. Owww...don't think I'm not thankful for what you did because I am

The Rabbit runs on front when Eri stops and looks around

Rabbit: Are you coming or not?
Eric" We must wait for Nessa and Pippin
Rabbit: Your girl and the Hobbit will follow so come on. We don't have time to loose!

Eric follows the Rabbit but looks around every minute. In the meantime Pippin has difficulties with running

Pip: I'm exhausted
Me: Come on Pip!
Pip: I just can't. I'm sooo tired!
Me: Alright..climb on my back

Nessa carries Pippin

But they don't need to search any longer for the Fireman, because he shows up searching for them. "Two men escaping from the Snow Queen met me," the dwarf says. "They passed on what they were told by a brave old woman who helped them get away after they broke the Snow Queen's crystal ball. So at least I know somewhat more about her weaknesses;" and the Fireman repeats everything Emmett and Jake had relayed from the old woman.

Rabbit: This means ths spell must be undone. So the Aces are no longer asleep. We must send a messenger to them so they will be informed about the invasion coming their way.
Eric: As long as the magic box isn't found we must be prepared but if the box is found then we don't need to go there anymore because everything will be undone
Rabbit: I think I will warn the Gryphon

Nessa is completely exhausted with Pippin on her back. Pippin isn't that heavy but these weird birds are flying around again. The Gryphon watches this and attack the birds. He does whatever he can and it works! Nessa lies on the floor and rest for a while when the Gryphon allows Pippin to climb onn his back. He flies Pippin to the Rabbit and Eric.

Gryphon: You better pick up your girl, hockeyplayer because she is exhausted

Eric goes off to get Nessa while the Rabbit explains everything to the Gryphon. The Gryphon decides to fly to the land of Aces to bring the message

Toj looks over at Alice suddenly remembring the fourth item

We forgot the sword
Peter's sword!

Alice: Oh yes...but...*she trailed off with a worried look on her face*

Eragon: This sword...i think i've seen it somewhere...
Sapphira: We must find the others. Nessa and Eric carry a sword with them.

Edmund: They do?
