Prince Caspian: Ben Barnes & why is he so old?

Well...if Caspian is cute, I'll probably think he's cuter than Will b/c I like the character Caspian better than Peter...whatever, that's weird..:rolleyes:

Out of random curiosity, do all you ladies care if Caspian is NOT cute? :p I mean, what if he was a marvelous actor, but he wasn't "cute." It seems that all you care about is if he's good looking or not! *shakes head at silly girls...oh wait, I'm a girl...never mind...* ;)

In short:

Yes.
 
The first thing i want is a good actor, but unfortunately looks DO count in movies- it doesn't matter if you're the best actor/actress in the world, you have to LOOK the part too. For example, I couldn't play let's say...Maximum Ride in the movie because she's blonde and American and I'm dark-haired and Indian, and therefore dark-skinned.
 
It also doesn't help that our expectations are higher since even CS Lewis referred to Caspian as handsome in the books. But really, I'm not looking for looks when it comes to Caspian...as long as he's a good actor!

So what's Caspian supposed to look like? It's too debatable. Everyone has a different version of what he looks like in their mind, everyone has a different perspective of what is handsome or ugly. In the end it doesn't matter what we think he should look like, does it? Andrew Adamson picked the perfect person to fit in his movie, just like he picked the 4 Pevensies.
 
I imagine that they'd want to get him on set before releasing his name...too many of the young ladies would be at his doorstep swooning before the first shot was in the can.

I do hope that all of the actors will get along as well on the PC set as they did on the LWW set. I wonder if the 4 kids have met him yet?
 
I can't believe it starts filming February 12!! Hey...that's eleven days before I get to see the ballet Don Quixote live on stage...wahooo!! I'm going to have a great new year! :D
 
Lol I think everyone is dying to know what he looks like:D Hopefully he is a really good actor because that would be a major dissapointment if he wasnt that great...It is going to weird me out when he doesnt look like the character i expected him to look like in the books though

I really hope that there will be more info about the film given to the public soon like substasntial<sp? info facts and pics, but hey I"m greatful for what we got, i just want some more... hehe:p :rolleyes:
