anyone else notice 2 years is a long time, especially for peter? he will be 20 when the next movie ends. i know that there are atleast 3 books with the pevensie children. i havent finished reading them yet so i dont know for sure how many, but he will be too old before too long.

Hopefully they are having some script writers working on the other books already or something so that they can film before he is too old

Actually, Peter only appears as a child in LWW and PC. He doesn't appear in any of the other books except LB, where he's a few years older.

You're right that the Pevensies are in 3 books, but not Peter. LWW has all 4, PC has all 4, VDT has Lucy and Edmond, HHB has Lucy, Edmund, and Susan. LB has everyone from all the books, I don't think age matters as much in that one if it were made a movie. Where HHB is concerned, that takes place after they'd been in Narnia for years so they could use the adult Pevensies from the end of LWW. So, really...they just need to get PC shot, which they can do rather quickly before anyone ages much. Just because the movie won't be released for 2 years doesn't mean they'll be filming that long...alot of that time is spent on making music, editing, special effects, etc after the filming is complete.
 
Well i thought William who played Peter in the movie looked like he was 14, so i dont think they should have much of a problem.
 
William does look a whole lot younger than his actual age...so I am sure it would work out.
 
Yeah when I saw it I thought he was 16 but he looks A LOT OLDER post-narnia.

They wont start filming this summer, they dont even have a cast yet.

And I was looking at those FAQ and followed some links. Most people probably have seen this already, but I just realized that Rachael Henley, who portrays the older Lucy, is Georgie Henley's older sister...and I just found that out. Cool!

*ahem* anyway. These next two years are gonna go by so slowly!

Lol, so she had her older sister on set too. Thats pretty cool! lol, and i agree it will be a long 2 years, but the LWW dvd should tide us over for a while, with luck.

Hehe yeah I thought that was soo cool. Just the fact that her older sister got to be the older her :p
 
I think though, they already have a script or it's almost ready. Rogue has sources which say though Pippa Hall is currently casting that she maybe soon but it doesn't take too long to cast so principal shooting may begin towards the end of the summer.
 
hopefully we can badger Pippa Hall, when the auditions happen i might just go but i don't think i'm much of an actor.

Oh well i'll just have to wait and see Prince Caspian.
