Petra: nothing is showing up; I think Harry's feeling jittery over nothing.

Tom: sure you don't want to stay sick a little while longer?
 
i looked out on the viewscreen "Not on long range or short range i even upped the range Lt and i don't see anything ensign try to up the gain a bit"

Harry: Captain you got all i can give you maybe it was just nothing and Tom i am fine thank you Kara might be a bit busy right now anyway i am better if i am busy.
 
Harry glared at petra That is not true and you know it maybe i am little distracted but that is all. Harry said to her thru the Force.

I looked at the viewscreen Harry Petra i right there is nothing there for miles.
I walked up to tactical and hit some buttons there are some ships very faint a long distance away i cannot tell anything more right now.

Chakotay: Captain i still recommend a yellow alert if the ships are not a threat now they could be later.

Your recommendation is noted Commander Chakotay But i don't want to be caught sleeping either.

I walked down and stood on the bridge something tells me those ships might not be friendly.
 
Captain's log stardate 932906.3 We just came out of an attack from th Kazon empire the ship is repaired and running the Injureies are aobut taking care of and I am puzzled by my ops officer's strange behavior he seems to be keeping to himself and whenever he is around Commander Skylar he acts strange and he said there was about to be a attack there is nothing showing on any sensors, I am keeping us at yellow alert.

Report Lt Kenobi anything on long range sensors besides those three ships do we have a read on the lifeforms or there weapons or anything. Does your Jedi hocus pocus reveal anything or is it just Harry having jitters.
 
Petra: I don't detect anything strange, and their shields are too strong; I can't scan them. and with all due respect, Captain, it isn't hocus pocus. neither my intuition nor my Jedi instinct is telling me to fear the ships unless they start charging weapons.

Harry: this time he shot Petra a glare It might be Lt but i don't intend to let it affect my duties i am going to ask her out tonight once we are off shift i am going to go for it but i am not going to let it interfere with my judgement calls on the bridge Lt


I looked at Mrs Kenobi Your right Lt i think maybe i was just jittery myself or preoccupied myself Stay a yellow alert keep shields raised i am going to trust Petra's judgment call on this.

Come up to the bridge when you have a minute i want you to take at look at something on tactical and i want to ask your opinion on something not that i don't trust LT kenobi but i want to be sure Harry says they are hostiles Petra says they are not.

Kara: Yes Ma'am

Chakotay: are you so keen to trust there instincts Captain what are your instincts telling you ?

Chakotay they are telling me to proceed with caution if they are in hailing range i will talk to them but i am not going to judge the species for myself and i am not going to put this ship in any more undue danger then i think it can handle. But i don't like this feeling of being vulnerable either Raise shields Lt and go to low power maybe the will not detect us.

I am Captain Kathryn Janeway of the Federation Starship Voyager and you are WE are here to seek your help in getting home quicker we mean no harm to you and we don't intend to fire unless you fire first We come in peace please do no harm to us.

Harry" Captain they are not responding but they are strengthening there shields I don't know how but can see thru there shields just barely.

I looked at the secondary tactical console in between mine and Chakotay's chair I don't like this one bit Chakotay. Charge weapons tactical and cut the channel. I have no time for games tonight.

Petra: *muttering and sarcastically* don't ask me...I apparently don't know anything. *to Harry through the Force* I'm not about to play second chair to her. She keeps this up, and I'll ask Capt. Janeway to move me somewhere else, like sickbay. Anything's better than being under Kara.
 
Harry talked to Petra thru the Force Petra she is just waning a second opinion come on the Captain does not think that ill of you She is just playing all her cards right and getting feedback from everyone.

I nodded at the senior staff Senior staff including Kara and Petra meet me in the briefing room we need a plan and input from all of you. Obviouly this enemy will not show himself properly and we cannot penetrate its shields we need options?
 
I walked into the briefing Room followed by Harry/Kara/Chakotay and the others and set down at the head of the table.

Petra you gives us your input on this aliens what you know of them have you came in contact with them before We need options people if we are going to engage them we need weapons and shields that will match theres.

Janeway turned to her I heard that Petra if you have a problem with me just say it You are a valued member of this crew rather you like it or not and when i ask for your opinion and input I want it if your problem is you think i like someone better then you tel me i do not show favoritism to anybody
