Rich spotted a vent to their left. "HEY!" He called ahead to the others. "WE'RE GETTING OUT! ANYONE WHO WANTS TO FOLLOW, COME BACK!" He turned, and kicked the vent out of the wall. He climbed out, then reached out his hand to help whoever was next...

Aice took the offered hand and said to Hannah, "We should at least let them know that we're still alive; they're probably wondering."

As she jumped down, Alice noticed a window in the room. She knew they probably wouldn't be able to get it open or break it open, as that had never worked on any of the windows; but they could at least use it to see if there were was a way that the aliens might be coming in or out. Of course, she realized, they might want to stay away from windows, to keep from being spotted.

Rich noticed Alice looking at the window. "I think it's safe to look out. There's still enough light out to reflect off the glass, giving it a mirrored appearence."

She nodded. Walking over, Alice peered out. "Weird..." she muttered. She blinked hard and then peered out again, before turning back to the others with a rather puzzled expression on her face.

"That's just it, nothing. But yet it's obvious that something keeps moving around down there. If you look really hard you can catch a little glimpse of whatever it is, but it just looks like some sort of shadow. It's really strange."

"Really?" Rich went to the window and looked out. "Weird... It's like you can only see it where you aren't looking for it..."

"And when you aren't looking for it, it shows up, but you only see it in the corner of your eye, and the moment you turn your head to look, it's gone again." Pressing her nose against the window, Alice surveyed the ground outside again.

"It's almost like... When you're alone, and you see someone out of the corner of your eye. But when you turn to look... There's no one." Rich shook his head. "This is getting too weird, we should get back to the food court."

Alice nodded. "Probably." She stepped back from the window and said, "Let's just hope we don't get lost trying to find our way back. An air port is a pretty big place."
