Are you sure about that? I thought I remembered asking some of the mods back when it was going on and they said The_Chief and Dufflepud* had different IP addresses (which still doesnt' mean they were different people of course). Anyway, I still really want to know who they were. Even when you PMed them they never broke character.

Aye, but it was well done... Too bad they were beaten by the Pirates... JK! ;)

EDIT: I've heard a couple rumors about who they might have been...

Very interesting stuff. It happened before I joined. I remember one of the times that I was a "guest" and I was on during this fight though.

Well, Elf of the Grey Havens admitted to us Pirates that it was PotW one time... and I think someone else, but I don't remember who... I think it might have been... I want to say Parthian King...? But I'm not sure about that one...:D

Nay, I think PotW and PK are the most logical suspects because they were involved with the RPG this thread was part of from the beginning (Knights and Pirates) and so would already have a good knowledge of the game... And also the way the Duffers were finally defeated was planned and carried out by PotW.... And it would make sense if they were his own characters...

And that's my theory... :D
