The International Press Academy (IPA), recognized as among the largest entertainment media associations of accredited domestic and foreign journalists, today announced the nominees for the 10th Anniversary Satellite Awards presentation to be held on December 17 at 1pm in the Four Seasons Hotel Grand Ballroom in Beverly Hills.
Nominees are selected in 36 categories for Film and Television, from Best Actor to Best Ensemble, as well as six categories honoring DVDs, from “Classic DVD Releases” to “Youth DVDs” and four categories for Outstanding Games.
The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe has been nominated for Best Animated/Mixed Media Film!
Other films nominated in this category include “Howl’s Moving Castle,” “The Corpse Bride,” “Wallace and Gromit: Curse of the Were-Rabbit,” and “Chicken Little.”
