  1. Being nominated isn’t bad, y’know. Was anyone from the movie there in case they won? I didn’t get to see it, I forgot LOL. I never watch the awards… Will it be repeated?

  2. Inconcivable!!! Oh why don’t these people see what a great and epic series Narnia is? Wall-E indeed!

  3. i cant believe that prince caspian didnt get the award!i was looking forward to the directors will moseley, anna popplewell, georgie henley and skandar walking up there. i wasnt sure wat caspians real name is but oh well. well my favorite star ofthe movie is will moseley! he rocks bye!!!!!!!

  4. I can`t believe it!! That`s twice PC was up for a award alongside Wall-E & twice it`s lost. The first time PC lost was at the National Movie Awards. I taped the NMA & saw Anna, Georgie, Skandar & Will there! 😀

  5. Sadly, I can see why it lost to WAL-E… There are far too many angst-and-triumph action flicks in the world for it to be compared to, and very few creative and sensitive films which convey meaning with minimal speech. WAL-E doesn’t have many predecessors to be held up against–Caspian does.

  6. I didn’t go to see WALL-E, but I did see Prince Caspian and LWW, AND have 3 copies of the DVD incl blu-ray.

My understanding is that Walle is more for tots, like the film CARS, whereas the last show, Prince Caspian, was a bit more for older children/teens and of course above.

I will be thoroughly devastated if Walden Media does not find a partner to continue the series. Perhaps the marketing should be changed to something more like Lord of the Rings, anyway, New Line did a fabulous job with LOR and Fox has had some great success with fantasy too, so I’m hopeful

  7. I have to admit, Prince Caspian, the film didn’t quite meet my expectations. I’m not saying that it was bad, it just could have been done better. The fireworks at the beginning and the end, seemed just a bit too modern for Narnia. I agree with Liz, Wall-E does seem to be aimed more for young children. I really hope Walden Media do continue the Chronicles, as there are other, perhaps more eventful and exciting stories in the series.
