ABOUT THE EXPERTS
S.M. Dunning is co-director of The Inklings Institute of Canada, and a lifelong devotee of myths, faerie tales and epic adventures. His imagination was stimulated and shaped by the Oxford Inklings, and he has taught young adult and fantasy literature for many years as a Professor of English. He has a PhD in English Literature from Cambridge University and now spends much of his time writing and publishing young adult fiction.
Monika Hilder is Professor of English at Trinity Western University and co-director of the Inklings Institute of Canada, author of a three-volume study of C. S. Lewis and gender, including The Feminine Ethos in C.S. Lewis’s Chronicles of Narnia, of a fiction book on fairy tale, Letters to Annie, and co-editor of The Inklings and Culture.
