Susan, Lucy and Peter managed to make it inside the cave just in time to excape the dragons fearce fire breath.
Edmund smiled sightly up at Jadis while catching his breath as he felt her release him and Loretta.

*Jadis was catching her breath as she seen all her famliy was safe in the cave from the dragon*

"well we know Lori isn't becuase of the thorns in her paws" Edmund said presently sitting down on the ground beside Loretta, "and it looks like Lucy isn't alright either" he said noticeing for the first time the wounds she had reseived when running through the thorns.

*Jadis seen the wounds on her two famliy members and she held her two hands up and palced them on the wounds of each of her injuryed famliy members and closed her eyes and started saying some words to a healing spell and her hands glowed an icy blue as silver snowflakes were seen flowing from her hands into Lucy and Lori's wounds healing them*

Lucy smiled slightly while she watched the snowflakes fall down into her and Lorettas wounds, Susan and Edmund watched on in amazment as they seen the two girls wounds begin to close up and heal as the snowflakes touched the wounds.

*Jadis sensed her spell had succeeded so she stoped saying her words and open her eyes as her hands stoped glowing**she spoke*"there you go"
 
*then the dragon landed but instead of seeing a dragon they saw a girl with golden hair that shone like the sun, her breath smelled of a beutiful summer morning, her skin as pale as moonlight, she smelled of roses and then Loretta came out of the cave telling the others to stay...but of course Edmond stayed close behind*

I am the ruler of this place and if you are to pass through you must leave one man here for the rest of his days! *flinging Lori aside**touched Edmonds face, her touch felt like a flower petel* I need one boy, strong *bringing her finger to his chest* with strong eyes *her eyes met his, her eyes as blue as the Narnian sky* and wonderful hair *bringing her hand to his hair and running her hand through it* Is there any offers?

*he charged out of the cave and started fighting the dragon**seeing the distraction the dragon loosened her tail and Loretta slid out falling to the ground from above...but did not get up for it was such a great fall.*

Lucy smiled greatfully to Jadis, moments later hearing the commotion going on between the dragon who was now a girl Lucy screamed slightly, jumping behind Peter for protection. Susan grabbed her sister and also clung to her oldest brother.
Edmund could feel a cold shiver run through his spine the moment the girl touched his skin...he listend to her words but he had learned from experience that her type were not to be trusted at any cost...and there was no way he was going to put any of his loved ones in danger again, "NO! Lorettas right alls we want to do is pass through your land..." his eyes suddenly widened in horror at the sight of what the girl had done to Loretta only mere moments later, "LORETTA!" he cried having no time to think he rushed to Lorettas side, everythimg seemed to happen so fast..witnessing Loretta fall Edmunds heart seemed to have skipped a beat..'no...Loretta please you have to be ok...you have to make it through this...please Loretta I need you!' rughing to Lorettas side he gently took her into his arms, tears freely running down his now vary pale cheeks and onto Lorettas soft fur. "Loretta...speak to me Loretta please...tell me you'll be alright..." he whispered holding the little sqiurrel close to his heart.

Susan had no time to think over what Peter had asked her instead the moment he told her to have an arrow on string she lost no time in quickly readying her bow and arrow and rushing out with Peter, once she saw Peter begin fighting the dragin she began shooting arrows at the beast, straining her bow on the dragons chest.
Lucy ran to Jadis and her two friends the Saytar and the fawn, "oh do you think they will be alright!" she cried watching the scene from the safety of the save with tears of sorrow and helplessness welling within her eyes.
 
*stammering* Edmond, I'll be fine, just get me out of here before she has a chance to get me...I think I have a few broken bones and what not but i'll be fine, just please get me out of here...I want to live now...I want to live for you!

"don't worry Loretta I'll get you out of here!" with that said Edmund lost no time in picking Loretta up and running with her out in the feild in a frantic attemt to leave that land for Lorettas survival.....

"what is he doing!?" Susan cried, franticlly shooting as many arrows as she was capable of shooting at the dragon/girl Peter was fighting.

*Jadis told her Faun and Saytr friend to stay with Lucy for she had to do something**with that Jadis charged out of the cave and struck the dragon/girl with her wand with such speed that the girl didn't know what hit her*

All I want *she hissed* is one man to stay! *with that she struck Peter to the ground with her massive tail then flew to the top of the cave where Lucy was. She wacked the cave with her tail and a pile of rocks blocked the entrance* If you do not surrender I will smash this cave and the little girl will be DEAD! *she screeched*

Edmond, we have to do something...we can't let Lucy die, put me by the cave, I'll get her out...*she lept out of his arms wincing as she landed and started at a slow limp toward the cave*

*Jadis glared at the girl and spoke coldly*"to protect my famliy and I won't do that and you stay away from my Daughter!!!"*with that she leap at the girl and knocked her to the ground with her wand aginst the girl's thoat and spoke*"I'll freeze you into stone or kill you quickly!!!"

eyes widening in horror, everything seemed to happen to fast and Edmunds mind seemed to racing in a thousand diffrent direction, "be careful Loretta!" he called to her as he seen her make a dash under the cave.
"PETER!!" Susan cried tears running down her face from witnessing all that was happening to the ones she loved so Dearly, she ran to her brother, taking him in her arms vary gently, "Peter what are we going to do?" she asked, looking in his buetiful gorgoes eyes with helplessly playing in her own.

Lucy coughed, taking Lorettas hand gently, "L-Loretta!" she choked out the words while allowing herself to be pulled out of the cave by Loretta.
 
Jadis *she said cooly* there's no way out...you do not recognize me...oh you foolissssh one, I am your cousin the one you tried to murder, Crystal, Yesssssss I remeber it well and it is still fresh in my mind...*crumbles the cave* and now I have paid you back for the losssss of my sssssisssster, now for the almossssst death of me...*rose her tail to strike Jadis*

*Peter swung his sword at the dragons back* Take that you fool for killing my sister! *swinging sword wildly dreadfully injuring the dragon*

*Loretta was stuck behind the cave trying to stand but always collapsing for she had one broken leg from the cave in, a few broken ribs from the fall, and a serious headache**all of a sudden her vision got blurry...she tried calling out for help, but her voice did not come then all she saw was black...*
