"No, it is fine. You two go up. I'm not going anywhere..." she said, smiling, and pointing to the elevator that would be taking them up. "hurry, or you'll miss it..." she said, and gently pushed them along, to the elevator.

Sarah was unsure. "Are you sure? We really don't mind staying, we don't want to leave you here on your own."

Kiera laughed. "The worst that could happen is that she crumbles by a sudden earthquake. I'm fine. Go on!!" she said, shooing them away, though playfully smiling...

Nick held her a little tighter. This must be a little glimpse of heaven he thought. all that could be heard was the gentle waves braking on the side of the boat and the steady breathing of the two sitting together in the night.

*it sounds like they were made for each other….or were they*

Adina smiled, "its getting late," she said quietly

Kiera sat down on a bench, sighing heavily as they entered and began to go up the elevator. She ran her hands through her hair. "Just wouldn't be the same without you..." she murmured into teh air, looking up, though pulled her attention once again to the people filing around her....

"yah," Nick said almost too quiet to hear. he kissed her head again and slowly got up turning on the motor and pushing it into gear.

Sarah shrugged. "I've never actually been high enough to know. There are no mountains in Florida, but I've been on roller coasters. I guess we'll find out." When they stepped out of the elevator she felt dizzy at the hight, but the sight of the beautiful water and lights of New York made her forget all else. "Wow." She smiled, staring into the distance.

Nick looked over at her and put one arm around her. Teh wind was a little cooler than when they had come out but he didn't hardly feel it.
