I haven't seen it. I can't find it anywhere. Does anyone have a link? Please?
Thanks for the link! That was pretty good, but slightly dissapointing. I was kind of hoping for actual footage from the special. Oh well, there were Doctors! And Racnoss! And a Weeping Angel shoving Seven!
In June I went to Birmingham (UK) to attend my first CON ever! I met young Caitlin (young Amy) and oh dear she is so extremely shy!! Also the two ladies madame Vastra and Jenny. And Neve (Vastra) is a great great GREAT personality!! I asked them questions and I got my picture taken with the two of them. I also met the guy who played the Ice warrior/Tree (Christmas special Doctor and the wardrobe)/Minotaur (god complex) and this guy is tall!!! I'm pretty tall myself for a female but I had to look straight up. And on the last day Catherine Tate came. This is the day I never forget ever!!!! I told her that I this was one of the happiest days in my life and she gave me this big bearhug and asked my name. She asked if I was at the autograph session which I was. And she remembered my name!!!! Normally when you participate in the autograph session you are only allowed to have one item personalized. She did two I got my pic taken with her as well. Next year I will return definitely!! I have turned into such a Whovian it is almost like a lifestyle for me now
This song has become special to me because at the CON this song was played very often and we walked in a line after each other and swinging the arms and legs singing this.

That. Is. Awsomeatic.
I too have been recently watching the originals and I have thus far enjoyed them very much.
I also went to Barnes and Noble on Saturday and they had a whole Doctor Who display table with a lot of very cool and expensive things on it. I bought a mini sonic screwdriver. I also enjoyed watching the people who looked at it- there was a group of people who sounded very geeky and went on about the things at the table for several minutes, several quieter people like myself, and even a boy who seemed to be trying to drag his girlfriend into it. It was especially amusing to see them hit the buttons on the plush Dalek and TARDIS toys. xD
OMG girl!! in my small hometown in Holland we have a small store where they sell merchandising from Star Wars etc. They also have some Dr Who stuff and I bought myself a Tardis cookie jar and a Dr Who anniversary shoulder bag with the faces of all 11 Doctors on it!! The guy was amazed how much I knew from the show. He said I was a real fan and my sister was like oh yes she is! They are going to get more stuff in the near future and I'm sooo extremely excited!!
Do you watch it on daily motion? I did and still do. Nothing better than having some coffee and do some cross stitch while watching the classics
Did you start with the first Doctor? I started with Four and then finished it till the last episode of 7. And then I watched all 5 seasons of Three and then the other two
It's so much fun to talk about the show. My sister was watching youtube today and was -of course- checking Dr Who clips. I can talk hours and hours about it. It feels so good to be a crazy nerd or a complete geek
Yes Mowsie you can skip a bit and it is not a bad thing because the first two Doctors are actually tough to watch thanks to the lost episodes I had a tough time with watching those as well. Doctor 4-7 went smoothly and Three for a large part as well.I started out watching the new seasons of Doctor Who and I've been working my way back to the old ones. I watched new seasons 2-4 first, then I went back and watched the first season, then the fifth season, then I kind of started watching the old episodes and the new ones at the same time. When I went back to watch the old seasons I figured I might as well start from the beginning so I started watching those with the first Doctor. I'm probably going to end up skipping around quite a bit though.
I talk to my cousin about it for hours. She's only seen the newer seasons, but I've told her some about the older ones. We have so much fun sharing stuff with each other about it.

I can talk for hours and hours about it! I talk with fellow Whovian friends and my sister is now also warming up for Dr Who so life is good hehehehehhehe! It is like a lifestyle for me and I'm happy it's almost November! This means a few more weeks till we FINALLY see the Day of the Doctor! The return of Tennant and one of the final episodes of Matt
You can go see it at the theaters on November 25, Monday, two days after it airs on TV. They are still selling tickets. Follow the link belowIt is a bit irksome that some episodes aren't there, but I'm glad to know that it gets easier.
I don't know how (I lack cable) but I am going to see The Day of the Doctor when it comes out. I don't care if I have to watch a fuzzy version taped with a shaky camera off of somebody's TV- I WILL see it right after it comes out. If I don't I will become a hermit until I can see it.

Enter your address on the map to see which theater near you is showing it. 3d tickets are about $15.00. Time to start doing some babysitting!
