*nods* Aye, well do I agree with thee in this, oh WHB, for I have long thought 'tis much more sensible to name this game as football, for verily those who play do so with their feet, and not their hands. Truly, I know not where the title 'soccer' originated.

Ugh, why are you people talking about soccer/football/other names that don't really matter? It's just a lousy sport with people running in their underwear trying to kick a ball into a net that is impossible to miss. And when they score a goal, they have the need to run around on the field like a lunatic, or put their shirt over their head like they are 3 years old.

And don't even get me STARTED on the fake injuries.

Do you know what is a great sport? Hockey! People fight on the ice, and when they get cut by a stick and need stitches, they crawl off the ice to keep the game going! That's a real sports player! If a soccer/football player was poked in the side, they would fall down on the ground, grab their foot in "pain" (even though the poke was to their side) and gasp for 5/10/60 minutes.

Hockey...I haven't seen that in awhile. I really found an interest in biathalon, though!

What are you talking about? The player caused "pain" to another player. They would surely get a purple card!

Well, admittedly football is not the best sport in the world. You're right there HB!! Rugby is much better - it's like American Football, but the man's version.

But a proper sport, a REAL sport, now that's cricket! WHAT an AWESOME sport!!!
